Great stay! Very clean and cozy home, and appreciate the extra bath towels, blankets and beach towels. Close enough to walk to the beach but away from the busy street noise. Perfect for our needs.

Lovely 2 BR house in Nestucca Ridge

Loved this place. It was well stocked, in great condition, and was very convenient. Will definitely stay there again- probably next year in 2024.

Nice neighborhood

Walking distance to lovely paths that lead directly to the beach (about a half mile). The beach and dunes were gorgeous and not crowded at all. Property is in a quiet neighborhood. Nothing fancy but certainly suited our needs just fine.

Comfy place

Comfy place relatively close to the beach and restaurants. Clean, simple and quiet. We wished for some jumstarter amenities like coffee, but other alike items such as shampoo and soap were there. Overall we'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great weekend in Pacific City.

Pacific City house

Great place where we stayed once before. Garbage can outside was very full so barely room for our small bag. Also, comforter in downstairs bedroom is getting dirty and needs to be washed

Clean, sunny home; nice, quiet neighborhood.

Clean, airy, lots of windows, lots of sunshine. Well stocked kitchen. Home feels private even though neighbors nearby. Comfy blankets, perfect space for my daughter and I to cook, hang out but also have separate space (upstairs loft area is nice). Trails to walk on near home.

Good spot! We loved the space, but hope they fixed the tub!

We really enjoyed this space. It was close enough that we could walk both to the town (ice cream, groceries, etc) and to the beach and all the beach side amenities. We did have an issue with the bathtub leaking into the downstairs bathroom, but they were quick to respond and didn't blame us. I hope it's fixed!

Advertisement showed pictures of the beach, we were not close to the beach in our rental.

Oregon trail

Nice 2BR -location, grill and outdoor dining were nice. Lack of beach chairs as an amenity-not typical for coastal area. When you fly here you need them. Also, more rugs to catch sand on the way in would be nice-yes we saw the hose & rinsed off : ) Overall good experience.

Clean comfortable home in quiet residential neighborhood

This house is a quiet residential neighborhood tucked between the river and Cape Kiwanda Drive. We appreciated the natural landscaping and so did the local wildlife. We saw deer and fawns near the house every day. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs loft space was a nice place for family to spread out. We appreciated that items like beach chairs and towels were available. We brought games of our own for family game time, but were pleased to find a game cupboard at the house with Banagrams, Code Names and more.

Meredith service was poor: had a plumbing leak in upstairs main bath and Meredith choose not to do anything about it other than tell us not to use the bath!

Was a bit of a problem. My paperwirk said 4 p.m. but that was a summer checkin. It wasn't until 5 p.m. but no one had notified us of the change. We did have issues with the keypad but finally figured out after inserting the numbers you had to wait for a few seconds for it to unlock or lock. House was great as was the location.

Photography trip of Oregon Coast

I found the property with no problem. When I attempted to unlock the door with the digital access number, it didn't work. I check the number again and tried again...always hitting the check button at the end. But, I kept getting an error tone and the door remained locked. I tried about 6 times and then called the phone number for assistance. I got a voicemail system that eventually asked me to leave a message. That was frustrating so I called again and this time hitting a different number. The second time I actually spoke to a person. At that point, I did get excellent service. Within 5 minutes they remotely opened the door and then sent me a new access code via email which worked. I'm not sure what was wrong with the number sent to me so I think the procedure might need some refinement to prevent another situation like this. But, I must say, the unit was very nice and we did enjoy our weekend out doing our photography thing. I'd stay there again.

Pacific City Weekend

Great home

This was a perfect place for us, 2 couples. The separation of space with a bedroom/bath upstairs and another downstairs made it seem bigger. Pet friendly, which we love because our doggos go everywhere with us. It’s a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a great stay.

Nice house on Cape Kiawanda

This was the first time we stayed at Cape Kiawanda. The house was nice and clean. And comfortable. The location is also nice and is close to walking trails that wind their way through the forest and down to the beach. We will definitely return.
