La Dolce Vita - Oregon Beach Vacations

When you want to enjoy a wonderful beach town and create fun memories you will cherish for years, step into La Dolce Vita, a one-of-a-kind house in the premier Shorepine Village beachfront community in Pacific City. Set among rolling grass covered dunes, with direct beach access from our wooden beach ramp and private property trail system, La Dolce Vita is quietly private, yet also in walking distance to everything Pacific City.

La Dolce Vita is fully equipped with a modern kitchen (complete with a smoothie making Nutrabullet), comfy couches for relaxing and socializing, a library of books, movies, board and video game consoles, outdoor games (such as portable horseshoes, mini-pong, and tumbling timbers), beach chairs, and an assortment of adult beach cruiser bikes with helmets. After a day of fun, grown-ups can relax in the home's Clearlight® far infrared sauna.

On the first floor, you will be greeted by cheerful coastal runners as you enter the home, the kitchen, family room, family dining table with bench seating, laundry area and half bath. The primary bedroom has its own private bath, and a balcony overlooking the wooded trails of Shorepine Village. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, recessed upper and lower bunk beds and is adjacent to the hallway full bath with skylight. A “lookout tower” with a comfortable futon offers a separate space where you can play games or use for an overnight guest. Take a short walk out the front door and find yourself at the bottom of Shorepine Village's unique wooden boardwalk leading to breathtaking panoramic vistas of the beach, Haystack Rock and the world famous (and hikeable) Cape Kiwanda Sand Dune. Clean comfortable property

This home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The only downside wasn't the fault of the homeowners - there was a very loud party happening late into the night at a nearby house.

Great location, very nice house.

My wife and I brought our 3 year old daughter, our 6 month old son, and our dog out to the coast for Mothers day weekend. The house was clean and very well supplied and perfect for our family. Rooms were as advertised although the “queen” bed was quite small. Location was very close to the beach and made for easy back and forth throughout the day. Would definitely stay here again.

I would say that it was comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed the location. The fireplace was out of order, MANY of the blinds were broken, I opened a window and had to go around outside to shut it because the lever was missing from inside so it did feel like it needed a handyman to visit and fix some things.

Wonderful Time at the Beach

Our stay here was great. Beach access is 1-2 blocks away with safe paths through the neighborhood. Coffee shop and Restaurant within a half mile walk. House was clean, spacious, and completely safe for our 3 year old (who gets in to everything). I wish we had booked it for longer!
