About this property

Relaxing Home on the Oregon Coast - Walk to the Beach!

The owners are regular visitors and love this place! The home has an open living area. Features include gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling and breakfast bar, and a dining room table big enough for 6. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one has a queen-size bed and king-size in the other, two full bathrooms, and laundry. It sleeps 4 comfortably. A 1/2 bath is located downstairs. The home is furnished with the necessary cooking and eating supplies - Keurig and coffee pot, microwave, and all the pots and pans and plates you will need. There is a single-car garage available for use of gear, and a covered deck in the back that is plenty big and private enough to enjoy the provided gas BBQ when you grill. There are paved trails to the beach right out the doors (either front or back), along with many paved walking trails within Shoreline Village and neighboring Nestucca Ridge - you can take the kids or dog for a walk all over the neighborhood. Walk to Pelican Brewery, pick up pizza, rent surf gear, or each morning walk to Stimulus Espresso for baked goods and coffee. Use of clubhouse with fitness room, big screen TV and pool table.

Build summer beach memories, enjoy winter storm watching, or just snuggle up by the fireplace with a book. You will love this getaway!

Our favorite beach in all our travels! The place was super clean, convenient to visit surrounding areas, had tons of spices and the kitchen had tons of utensils, pots, plates & glasses for our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking the beach chairs to enjoy the beach on several occasions. The Pacific City longboard contest was the highlight as we could walk 4 min from our place to the beach. Thanks for opening your place for us to enjoy too!

We loved our month long stay in Pacific City, Shorepine Village. The property was in a quiet development within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. The home had comfortable furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. We slept well in the cozy king bed. The property owner was very responsive to any inquiry we had and reached out to notify us of the Kamchatka earthquake that triggered a tsunami watch for the pacific coast. We'd love to return to this comfy beach house.

Lovely Getaway Spot

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and relaxing time. The neighborhood was very quiet with paths to the beach. The rear path wasn't available as the gate was locked. The owner was very helpful answering questions. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

I try to come to the Oregon coast every year, and this area never fails to impress. Dory Days Vacation

We stayed here during our annual family reunion weekend at Cape Kiwanda. It was super close by to where the rest of the family camp. We loved the house and the private backyard. Very peaceful!

We first came to Cape Kiwanda on vacation and fell in love with the beach, the surfing, the hiking, and the atmosphere. We can't live full time at the beach just yet, so we thought we would share this wonderful place with others until we can.

Why they chose this property

This property is within walking distance of the beach, the Pelican Brewery, the State Park - but yet it's very peaceful. There are walking trails all around the village. Golfing, Casino, and Wine tasting are all within driving distance for day trips. Just being here will make you smile.
