Close to Nevor oyster farm and beach. Could use some window coverings to allow some better sleep as a massive streetlight shines in all night. Other than that we had a great stay!

Oceanside and Netarts Access
This property easily accommodated 2 couples. It has some nice amenities like large deck, good internet/TV and good size, well equipped kitchen. It is missing some basics for vacationing like no dressers, closet spaces, luggage racks, etc. I believe this property is new to VRBO and will improve as the owner gets feedback
We stayed for a month to escape the heat of Phoenix - mission accomplished. We had a few issues with the home. It is advertised for up to six people. While there are three double beds, there are only four chairs in the dining room and barely enough unmatched dishes and silverware for six people. While both storm doors and all the windows had screens, neither of the sliding glass doors had screens - this prohibits opening up the downstairs to get a cross breeze from the window or storm door. The interior stairs are not as deep as traditional stairs or as the stairs outside - when going up the stairs, your heels will be off the stairs unless you put your feet at a 45 degree angle. There were a lot of cobwebs outside the house. The closets appeared to be locked, so there was no easy place for our clothes. We were given instructions for watering the lawn and the plants on both the back deck and upstairs porch (which we followed) - but there were many plants inside, both succulents and others; I hope we watered them an appropriate amount. Last, the house is accurately advertised as being on a hill. It is a short and easy ride or walk down the hill to Netarts Bay, but it is a relatively steep walk from the Bay back up to the house.

House
This was a two bedroom two bath house. One bedroom was up some steep stairs with the kitchen, living room and one bathroom on the upper floor. Second bedroom was on the bottom floor with a bathroom, washer and dryer and a nice living room.
There were two decks, one off the upper floor that was great and one off the lower floor that has seen better days.
The kitchen was spacious but well used. Could use a better array of pots and pans. Asked about a toaster, owner said there wasn’t one, but we could use the oven as a toaster. There is nothing I would have ever cooked in the oven as dirty as it was. Great selection of dishes and glasses.
The bed we slept in, downstairs was comfortable, not sure on the one upstairs.
Not sure who the housekeeper might be but they wouldn’t work for me any longer. House needs a deep, deep cleaning.
We brought a boat to go crabbing, parking was a challenge since it was so steep. GPS sent us down a dead end. No place to turn around to get back to where we needed to be.
Luckily we found a neighbor that was very nice and directed us to the right place.
A great house in a quiet beach town that is perfect for a little get away.
My friends and I had so much fun staying at this house. The balcony and outside area was awesome and the living room hang out space was great for games and other activities. It is only a five minute drive to the beach which is great as well.
My family of five stayed here for a few nights during our road trip through Oregon. The location is quiet and secluded with quick access to the coast and to Tillamook. The home was a little quirky and needs a little updating (old couch and chair with torn fabric, downstairs bathroom with a shower head about five feet above the floor, windows could use coverings for privacy and to try to keep the upstairs a little cooler). But it was clean and all appliances worked. It was a welcome change to the five of us sharing a hotel room together. Despite the things that need updated, we’d be happy to stay here again.
This was a nice house with plenty of room. I agree with others that blinds in the bedrooms would be a great addition. One of the bathrooms wasn’t as clean and still had hair in the sink and on the floor. Everything else was great. The Deck and patio were fabulous. The host even left a bottle of wine.
