The unit was very modern and nice. Well-stocked kitchen including lots of spices. Nice that each of the two bedrooms has its own bath. And the half bath I off the living area is convenient. Dishwasher is nice. No ocean view from this unit and it says in the description that there is no ocean view, but the huge deck over the ocean is steps away.

The view and convenience is what we stay for. The beach access is fantastic. Stairs....Sand...Full kitchen is wonderful and needed.Will stay again.

Great spot in Oceanside! Super easy check in although a heads up that there isn't cell service would have been helpful. We had to drive back to Tillamook to get signal to download the check in instructions. The unit is comfortable and had everything we needed.

We didn't meet anyone host wise...everything is electronic. Be advised that the door locks itself at checkout time...make sue you are on the correct side of the door when it does. Location is excellent. Dog seemed to like it (lots of walks). Only weird part is the apartment above this one has a faucet to wash sand off...which splashed down right in front of the door to this appartment.

The room upstairs was extremely loud, like they were stomping around constantly. I was woken up at 4:00am one morning and 3:40 the next. Horrible

We enjoyed our stayed at the Maxwell unit. Although we did not have a beach view from our room, the deck and beach access was lovely a few feet away. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a full breakfast before leaving for our journeys. The 2.5 baths were a perk for our group.
