It's a perfect place for a couple to stay on the Oregon coast. The house is a perfect size. It's quiet. The view is nice. It has all you need. Small, but complete kitchen. Stove,refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The Hot tub is a good place to relax after a walk on the beach. This was our second trip to the "Little Luxe". We'll be back.

Excellent setting & space - room to be better

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unparalleled setting and enjoyable comfortable quaint space; the home could benefit from a bit more pride of ownership. With a few upgrades, "luxe", and thoughtfulness of space the home and whole experience could really be superb. Nevertheless, if your not looking for a large home like most found in the neighborhood this is a great option and I plan to return.

Great beach getaway

We loved staying at the beach cottage with our son. It was small but cozy and suited our needs well. We really enjoyed having the hot tub for some morning and evening soaking. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes, so was very convenient. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed.

Great Getaway!

My boys and I came last summer to get a few quiet days away and that’s just what it was! A short walk to the beach, hot tub with a view and although very cozy but we enjoyed the space and can’t wait to come again! This time we’ll be sure to book on days the restaurants are open, as we were there Mon-Weds and they’re closed two of the days.

Cozy Getaway

Everything you needed was there from kitchen supplies, lots of hooks to hang coats on, comfortable places to sit and relax, great tv, washer & dryer, super great shower and the wonderful heated floor in the bathroom! The view from the windows and the sound of the ocean, made everything very relaxing!!!
