Fantastic Coast Home, Pets, Walk to Beach & Pub

This relaxing Pacific Ocean getaway sits just a couple blocks from one of the most stunning beaches on the coast. The Pelican Pub is less than half a mile walk through the neighborhood and the tip of Cape Kiwanda is just beyond that.

Inside you will find all new décor throughout. Everything was procured to create a warm and inviting stay with beachy vibes. The open floor plan layout is perfect for families and groups to enjoy each other and all the property as to offer. The home has good wifi and is set up with a desk for those that need to work remotely. The kitchen has been fully stocked for all your culinary needs and there is a propane BBQ for your grilling desires. Head on out to the back patio to rest and relax in between your adventures around the region.

There is one bedroom downstairs while the other two are upstairs. They are quite spacious and the furnishings are a perfect blend of comfort and style. You will be hard pressed to find a more complete and enjoyable home in the region. There are four bikes at the home to explore with. You can also enjoy the ping pong table, as well as the game table with air hockey and foosball in the garage. The small fenced side yard makes bringing your dog a breeze!

Pacific City is a gorgeous beach town that is a perfect spot for surfing, shelling or strolling the sandy beach. The city is famous for a beautiful hike up the sand dune by The Pelican Pub and there is a great collection of shops, restaurants and galleries that add a vibrant feel to the town. Don't hesitate to make the Beachcomber Getaway your home while you visit.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a pet fee with a maximum of two pets. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Heather (the hostes) is the Best! Quick to respond to inquiries. The house was great! Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Rooms nicely laid out. Very close to the beach, an easy walk. Nice paths for the riding bikes and kids to ride their trikes. This will be our first choice for go to place from now on.

Wonderful location close to the beach. Nice home with all the amenities available to make the stay convenient. The owner was especially helpful overcoming my mistake made during the registration. This is a terrific spot! One suggestion might be to provide a notebook to help navigate the tv streaming services as everyone’s setup is different these days.

Kitchen had practically everything you’d need. Great communication from management. Lots of good light. Some cute decor. Loved the individual room heating, except for the ground floor bedroom. Neighborhood was very nice with great walking trails all around it. Beach was accessible by walking up a boardwalk of switchbacks and steep decline down, but several other places were somewhat close.
