Beautiful **** cottage in a rural hamlet, private garden, heated swimming pool.

This pretty cottage with a family bedroom for 2 adults and 2 children. Located in a small hamlet a short distance from the town of Rouillac and 20 minutes from Cognac and Angouleme.
In a historic building from 1786, exposed beams and stone walls abound in this pretty cottage.
* Well-equipped kitchen area, oven, hood, microwave, tassimo, etc..
* Cozy living room with wood stove, (wood included in winter)
* Nice bedroom upstairs with a 160 bed and 2 single beds. Adjoining shower room. Electric heaters
* Baby bed and free high chair.
* There is a private garden with BBQ. The pool is heated 1 May - End of September and share with 2 other cottages.
* Free Private Parking
* Free WIFI
* TV (TNT) / DVD / iPod Docking
* bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning included.
