Alright.

It was cute a secluded BUT the curtains and walls had mold. the cabin didnt feel like it was really cleaned very well and we spotted multiple roaches- I know, in the woods, but based on the dust and mold... weren't too pleased with the appearance of the cabin.

Severe health and sanitation issues — do not stay hereI was incredibly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness at this property. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable, unpleasant odor throughout the space. The general state of the property was visibly dirty, but the worst part was finding German cockroaches and between the refrigerator and the countertops they were eating some crumbs that I dropped on the countertop . This is a severe sanitation issue and completely unacceptable for a paid vacation rental. I would not recommend anyone stay here until the host gets a professional deep clean and extermination service.

The cabin was very quiet and secluded with a nice hottub however the bed and pillows were terrible!

We loved the setting and privacy however, the bed had a hole in the middle and the pillows were flat as a pancake! With a name like Cupids Cabin, there needs to be a better bed! Everything else was wonderful!

It was easy to access the location, however, once we were there, we had zero communication with the host when we asked for the WiFi information (as we were directed to by the vrbo site). The entire cabin smelled overwhelmingly like smoke. There were holes in the bedding, missing flooring, and the couch appeared to have mold growing on it. We ended up leaving and finding a hotel to stay in 45 minutes away.

Thank you for your feedback but so many claims in this review that I disagree with. Our cabins are professionally cleaned before each guest's stay. There isn't any missing flooring in this cabin. There isn't any mold on any couch or furninture in this cabin. When you reserved your cabin you were automatically sent a confirmation email that spelled out all directions/information for your stay including instructions for our wifi hotspot on the property. Our cleaners would not leave a cabin smelling like smoke, they have ways to remove smoke smell if a previous guests broke our rules and smoked in a cabin. Also in the confirmation email we spell out our policy of having the guests check out the cabin when they arrive and to let us know if there are any issues so we can send a cleaner out during their stay, the guests chose to leave. We provided the cabin you reserved for your stay, it was your choice to leave.

Never received a separate email for check in. No WiFi as advertised. Pictures are far from accurate on cabin. Needs maintenance everywhere . The split HVAC unit is full of mildew. The bathroom is closed almost all the time and you can visually see mildew on the walls. The whole cabin stinks. The hot tub has had bleached poured in it to the point of making your eyes and skin burn. We paid way too much for such poor quality.

Ideal location, small cabin but that was noted on booking. Clean, Hot Tub was great, clean, the wood left for the fire-pit was a nice touch. Only strike was the bed was super uncomfortable. Highly recommend

It was relaxing; a bit disappointing as we were expecting it to look like the pictures in our book.

Quiet wooded area, a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Several attractions to visit in the area. Would recommend Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, the Glass Factory and the Pencil Sharpener Museum.
