The Inside Space: On the ground floor, an open living/dining area offers plenty of space to hang out as a group. In the living area, matching cream sofas offer a comfy spot to snooze or read. Steps away, a glass-top dining table offers seating for six.

As well as a large kitchen, the ground floor also features two separate bathrooms and two spacious bedrooms - one of which has a double bed while the other features two singles.

The equally impressive main floor feels wonderfully light and airy. A contemporary living room is furnished with soft sofas, a flat-screen TV and classic Mediterranean touches. The room leads to a dining area with a table that seats four, while a fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of appliances and prep space to cook up a Spanish feast.

There are also three double bedrooms on this floor, two of which have a pair of twin beds and another bedroom has a double bed and private bathroom. An additional bathroom on this floor has a WC and a bathtub.

Finally, an independent studio (accessed via an external staircase) comes with a double bedroom, full bathroom with shower, kitchenette and bunk bed.
The Outdoor Space: With a 5,000 m2 garden, the kids have tons of space to play - and grown-ups can watch them have fun while lazing beneath the shade of a palm tree.

Everyone can enjoy splashing around in the villa's secured 12x6 meter pool. But if all that sounds like hard work, you can always kick back in a sunlounger or enjoy a little privacy on a shaded terrace.

The villa also has multiple sitting and dining areas, its own wood-fired pizza oven, and a summer kitchen. In the evenings, grill up fresh seafood and steaks beside the pool, then pour a glass of ice-cold sangria just in time for sunset.
The Surrounding Area: If you want to swap lounging by the pool for lazing beside the sea, hop in the car and take a 15-minute drive to Moraira, or drive the same distance to Calpe. This pretty coastal town has two long sandy beaches to chill out on, and the town is also home to plenty of local restaurants, cafes, a great shopping district, and an historic old town with ancient Roman and Moorish ruins.

Fancy a change from the sea and sand lifestyle? Hurtle down heart-thumping roller coasters at the sprawling theme park of Terra Mitica, or tear down epic water rides at Aqualandia - one of the biggest water parks in Europe. Both destinations are within a 35-minute drive away.
