Georgetown Lake Gem Overlooking The Lake

Just across the street from Georgetown Lake, this new home is sure to be a great getaway. Large windows look upon the lake, and provide a restful view of one of the prettiest lakes in Montana. Whether your a lover of the snow, skiing, snowmobiling, boating, 4-wheeling, or hiking, this house is sure to fit your needs. It sleeps 14 people, has two stoves for large families, and two dinning room tables. It also has a hot tub to enjoy after a cold day playing. Great LULL beds, and down pillows!


The master bedroom features a king size bed, and a large walk in bathroom with private toilet. Upstairs there is also a 1 1/2 bath for large families. Downstairs consists of 2 spacious bedrooms that both have queen beds and a bunk bed in them. There is also a third room that looks at the lake that has a queen bed in it. A pull-out full size couch is in the basement for large families.

There is Dentons Point Marina approximately 1 mile East of the home where you can put your boat in.

This home is located on the south side of the lake, approximately 5 miles from Discovery Ski Hill, and located 2 miles from the mouth of hundreds of miles of snowmobiling and 4-Wheeling trails. Georgetown lake is 30 minutes away from 3 golf courses, 15 miles from Anaconda, and 10 miles from Philipsburg. Starlink internet is in home.

Absolutely no dogs, or pets. A $500.00 dollar additional cleaning fee will be charged if pet hair is found in home.
Please do not use wood stove. Using the stove makes top of house very hot and turns the temperature off in the basement, and you will be cold.

Georgetown Lake Stay

The property was wonderful, with large rooms, patio, and a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked. The backyard and fire pit got lots of use, as did the hot tub. Great stay!

Awesome home - perfect for reunions

The home is lovely and was a perfect place to have a family reunion. The home's kitchen is huge, and the kitchen was better stocked with tools than any kitchen I've ever had for myself. The home is a short walk to the lake and has a beautiful view. We will definitely stay here again if we do another reunion in the area.

Nice location and great floor plan

Had a wonderful five nights here with more than ample room for seven adults for cooking and meals in an abundant kitchen dinning area. Loved the outdoor wraparound deck and the hot tub was always appreciated after a day of skiing. Nice views of the lake, only disturbance was a hoot owl during the day and early evening. There was also never a shortage of hot water for everyones' shower with the demand system.A very pleasant experience.

Everything about this home is perfect, from the outside to the inside. Absolutely gorgeous, clean and stacked with tons of extras, plenty of room for the 9 of us and even had room to spare! Our Fav!

We have stayed here twice for our annual family ski trip. The things we like best are that it is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and big enough for family to cook together, and there is a family room in the basement, so room to gather in two areas. The basement is colder than the upstairs but provided space heaters helped with that. Memory foam toppers on the basement beds would improve them. They are very firm.

Holiday Family Time

The house was a perfect place to spend the holidays. The hot tub was a plus - a ping pong or pool table would be a nice addition downstairs. The kitchen was super well stocked and large - we could easily work together. My biggest suggestion would be to provide more places to hang things - the master bedroom, in particular, needs a row of hooks like the one in one of the downstairs bedrooms.

Great family stay

Our family had such an awesome time at Georgetown Lake. The backyard grass area was one of our favorite spots, the kids loved playing badminton and soccer. The hot tub was fantastic, easy and quick to heat up. The views of the lake were amazing and we enjoyed going for walks in the morning. Plenty of space in the house for our family of 11. Owner was very prompt and responsive with communication. The only bummer was not having our own lake access, we had to drive to fish and play in the lake. But overall an amazing stay thank you, we hope to go again next summer!
