The apartment is located walking distance to all the downtown eatery’s, pubs, and shopping. It’s a short walk to the Bismarck event center, both hospitals, federal building and the Kirkwood mall. The apartment is upstairs in a recently updated historic building there are tall ceilings and hardwood floors, central air dishwasher and washing facility’s all the amenities of home. WiFi MIDCO high speed internet service. And off street parking.

Excellent stay
The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. It felt very private even though it is in a building with other residents. Neighborhood is great too, with restaurants and a coffee shop right across the street. I would definitely book again!

Nice place to stay in interesting neighbor hood
Very clean non cookie cutter place, with a tight but well set up kitchen. Too easy to fall asleep in the recliners! Might be the only “walkable” area in Bismarck. Nice restaurants with some character just downstairs. Antique mall down the street… Host goes over and above, really appreciated him.

Everything about this rental was 5 star. We highly recommend it but be aware that there are steps. As senior citizens, it was a challenge, especially when bringing luggage in/out.
