About this property

The Split Rock ~ CLEAN, Safe, Convenient Location

My single family home is entirely available for my guests. Everything in the home is clean, brand new, renovated, and available for your use. You do not need to share any of the home, garage, or yard with anyone but those you choose.

It is in a safe, beautiful and peaceful neighborhood just a couple blocks from the capital. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 full bath home. All of the 3 bedrooms contain a king bed and TV. One of the bedrooms may be 2 single beds rather than a king for your convenience if you wish. The main and 2nd bedroom have 32” TV’s and the 3rd bedroom has a 19” TV. The living room offers a 43” tv. All of the televisions in the home have Netflix and Amazon prime television which offers numerous channels and apps for your viewing pleasure. The home also offers hi speed WiFi.

There is a ginormous picture window in the living room that looks out to the decorative backyard. The backyard is almost completely, privately, fenced. It has a beautiful, flowering Catalpa tree and an abundant variety of blooming flowers. There’s an outdoor seating area and games for you while enjoying the outdoors. There is also a small double garage for your use and plenty of off street parking. I provide everything needed for small children to stay, including a highchair, swing, pack and play, stroller, car seats, and all the items needed for a baby bath. I also offer shampoo, conditioner, body and face wash, hair dryer, and straightening iron.

If you come for business I have a perfect place for you to work. I offer a desk and WiFi all in one printer. I am located in Bismarck so if there’s anything you may need for your stay please let me know. I can promise you will not regret choosing my home.

A home that is perfect for guests that need king size beds! Cozy, quiet neighborhood of 'old Bismarck'. Host is superb with communications within minutes. A great stay in our former stomping grounds of Bismarck. ;)

house was okay. the site said garage but could not use it because of all the household furniture and other things inside. Besides there wasn't any remote for it. The host encouraged the guest to leave any unwanted food,to put in the cupboard, which we found to have all outdated food by 2 to 3 years old,half empty jars of syrup, half empty jars of peanut butter, all outdated by years., same with the coffee bar, coffee, teas, cappicino was all out dated. The patio look like it had not been cleaned in a very long time,very dirty.. The patio furniture had green mold on the chairs, it was not useable. The host said there was an indoor camera, which kinda freaked us out. and there was no outdoor camera, because we found it in a drawer. The outside, around the house had very tall vegetation growing. would not recommend this house

Comfortable and Cozy

Becca’s place was overall a very nice and comfortable stay. (Also very pretty decorated.) The “extra care “ she put into the house was very noticeable with everything we needed. Everything was very well organized and marked and the Coffee Bar was something looked forward to in the mornings. The back yard was a tad bit small and very close to the next door neighbor, but we made it work! The patio table and chairs and little bird house were a nice touch. Loved that each bedroom had its own TV and also a TV in the main living area for group movie night!

Becca’s house is amazing! It’s conveniently located and easy to get to even if you’re unfamiliar with Bismarck. It was fully stocked with everything you might need. We stayed in January and the home was still beautifully decorated for Christmas! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay

Perfect spot for family who has outgrown one hotel room. Very clean, comfortable and accommodating house/host. This will for sure be our go-to spot when we come to Bismarck. My young girls didn’t even care we had no pool.

Dropping off kids at University of Mary

Becca made our stay perfect! The kids had drove the car for 3 days and us grownups flew in. This home was the perfect landing place for us all. 3 bedrooms, one lovely updated bathroom, backyard with grill and picnic table, beautiful tree lined street and fully stocked kitchen was all we could need. Made leaving the kids easier. Bismarck is a real nice small city.
