In a nice area of the city center of Hyeres, 5 km from the beaches and 500 m from shops, 1st floor of a large villa: T3 apartment of 90 m2 fully renovated with terrace. It includes 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds), a large living room of 50 m2 with sofa bed overlooking a terrace (open view). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave etc.). Private parking in fenced garden. No pets allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
We rent from Saturday to Saturday in summer season.

Schöne Wohnung in Stadtlage

Schöne, sehr saubere und frisch renovierte Wohnung mit umfassender Ausstattung. Lage in einem guten Wohnviertel gut 1 km von der Altstadt. Die Straße vor dem Haus (auf der Nordseite) hat etwas Durchgangsverkehr. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist davon aber nichts zu hören. Vom Balkon schöner freier Blick nach Süden. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Gut 1 km vom Bahnhof entfernt. Haltestellen verschiedener Buslinien zu Stränden u.ä. in unmittelbarer Nähe.
