In a nice area of the city center of Hyeres, 5 km from the beaches and 500 m from shops, 1st floor of a large villa: T3 apartment of 90 m2 fully renovated with terrace. It includes 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds), a large living room of 50 m2 with sofa bed overlooking a terrace (open view). The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave etc.). Private parking in fenced garden. No pets allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
