Location très agréable

Magnifique vue , l’agence est toujours très disponible pour répondre aux questions , nous emmener aller et retour . Appartement spacieux , lumineux , propre même si un peu usé par le temps . Il fait bien le job pour une semaine dans le Var .

très belle vue sur la mer mais appartement très vieillissant et cher.

Très belle vue, beau et grand balcon, pièce à vivre agréable malgré du mobilier vieillot ( et sans internet). De nombreux désagréments : robinet cassé dans la salle de bain, chasse d'eau à réparer régulièrement , cuisine vieillissante , bouteille de gaz presque vide, literie molle etc. sans oublier les toiles d'araignées. L'agent d'entretien nous a proposé des RV pour venir réparer ou changer tout cela, mais quand on est en vacances pour quelques jours, on a plus envie de profiter de la mer, se reposer que d'attendre un technicien . Cet appartement pourrait être très agréable si il était mis au goût du jour. Mais, pour l'instant, à fuir compte tenu du prix.

Vacances au Lavandou

Le logement est tres bien situé, de la terrasse une vue imprenable sur la mer !!! Mais c c'est dommage qu il soit si vétuste , matelas à changer( il y a un creux au milieu) , il faudrait tout rafraîchir , et il y a juste le strict minimum dans tous les domaines , pas de pinces à linge, pas de bouilloire ,très peu de nécessaire de cuisine ....avec un bon coup de rafraîchissement etc... ça serait un super logement pour des vacances réussies .

Si vous ne vous attendez pas a un grand confort ce logement répond a la demande, gros point positif très spacieux pour accueillir nos deux chiens, calme, vue magnifique sur la mer et belle terrasse balcon qui nous protège bien de la chaleur. Point négatif pas de wifi pour recherche internet afin de découvrir ce qu'on peut faire sur place et environ, quelques rafraichissement de l'appartement serait a prévoir.

Séjour agréable avec une vue magnifiques

Appartement bien agencé, spacieux qui aurait besoin néanmoins d'un coup de neuf, l'ensemble étant un peu vétuste. Literie à revoir. Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine (saladier bouilloire...). Cependant, la vue est splendide mais pourrait être sublimée par la taille de certains arbres trop grands. Toutefois , nous avons passé trois semaines de vacances très agréables. Le Lavandou est vraiment une ville magnifique a découvrir sans hésiter.

Bonne impression générale

La vue est superbe, l'appartement est sommairement meublé, cependant il y a ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, les matelas sont de bonne qualité.

Tolle Aussicht aber total abgewohnt

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und mag entschädigen für die total abgewohnte Ausstattung der Wohnung. Das fängt draußen beim Klingelknopf an und endet beim Badezimmerschrank, der nur oben eingehängt ist und man beim Türöffnen fürchtet, dass einem der Schrank entgegenkommt. Die Badewanne, Duscharmaturen und Duschvorhang uralt. Als Essgarnitur dienen Plastikbalkonmöbel. Es gibt keinen Sonnenschirm und natürlich keine Auflagen für die beiden Balkonstühle. Ab 13 Uhr ist auf dem Balkon keine Sonne, bedingt durch hohe Bäume. Im Hochsommer mag das angenehm sein, wir waren im September da und hätten gern die Sonne tagsüber in der Wohnung genossen. Getröstet haben wir uns dann mit diesem wunderhübschen Ort Le Lavandou sowie der liebreizenden Landschaft drum herum.
