On the magnificent Cap d'Agde Rochelongue beach, spacious villa.
- with a large beautiful terrace facing the sea. South exposure, sheltered, exceptional view. This terrace is equipped with a barbecue, a large table with garden chairs and 2 deckchairs.
- A private passage closed by a gate opens for you on the pleasant sandy beach.
Ideally located near all the shops in the Rochelongue mall, accessible on foot in 5 '.
The 150 m² house consists of:
- a bright living room opening onto the terrace, with open and fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, and still a magnificent view of the sea.
- a parental suite with a 160x200 bed, bathroom with Italian shower, double sink and WC. Fitted cupboard
- a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, large fitted cupboard.
- a bedroom with 2 beds that can be brought together to form a large 180 x 190 bed. A large fitted cupboard.
- 1 bathroom with Italian shower and bath - 1 unit - 2 sinks.
- 1 WC with separate hand basin.
- In the courtyard you will have a ping pong table.
- 1 large garage for 2 cars with remote-controlled electric gate and parking spaces.

THE RENTAL WILL BE FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY. (you will have less traffic on the roads and we will be more available).

- The deposit in the amount of 2000 € (check) will be delivered by hand to the owner at the entry of the traveler and returned at the departure of the latter.

- Cleaning costs will be charged 90 euros.

Great stay

Excellent position. Very close to beach. Beautiful view of sea and beach. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and small shops. Nothing too much trouble for Anais. Would highly recommend.

Anais met us at the property, you couldn’t get a warmer welcome and she was there whenever you needed her. The property is in a great position and the view from the balcony is what memories are made of. The beach at your fingertips and the local shops and restaurants a few mins walk. Would highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed

Second séjour dans cette magnifique maison de vacances. L’endroit est calme, spacieux et très bien équipé, parfait pour se détendre en famille ou entre amis. was heraussticht: traumhafte Lage, erstklassige Ausstattung des Objektes, besonders freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, selten ein so gepflegtes und sauberes Haus als Urlaubs-Refugium gehabt. Wir werden hier nicht das letzte Mal unsere Urlaubstage verbracht haben. Die besondere Strandnähe ein Traum. In der ruhigen Herbstzeit ein ganz besonderer Rückzugsort.

La maison est spacieuse, entièrement climatisée et surtout avec une vue exceptionnelle.L'endroit est très calme ce qui est fort appréciable. Propriétaire est à l'écoute et toujours disponible. Excellent séjour à renouveler rapidement :)

La mer à 100%

Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil et disponibilité. La maison a un emplacement idéal face à la mer avec accès privé pour la plage « le luxe ». L’espace de vie est grand lumineux et bien équipé. La terrasse très grande avec une très belle vue sur la mer est le lieu où nous avons passé le plus de temps. Les plages ne sont pas surpeuplée. L'environnement est calme et résidentiel . A 5 mn à pied traiteur boucher boulangerie restaurant et un grand marché pas besoin de voiture pendant 2 semaines le rêve 😄. Le seul point négatif pas de box internet mais une clef 4G ne fonctionnant pas bien ( comme notre téléphone) qui a posé un problème à mon mari qui n’a pas pu faire ses réunions visio mais tout le monde ne travaille pas pendant les vacances !!!!! Merci de partager votre belle maison et à bientôt P.Merx

Excellent holiday house with exceptional views of the beaches.

This house was exactly what we were looking for, with easy access to the beach, spacious and very comfortable. It is conveniently situated for the local shops and restaurants. The owners were very helpful and welcoming and we had a super fortnight's holiday. Highly recommended!

Villa idéale pour passer des vacances au bord de mer

Maison idéalement située au bord de la mer. Bon aménagement intérieur mais pourrait être amélioré côté jardin. L’entretien de la maison pourrait être amélioré. Propriétaires très sympathiques.

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil!!!! Sehr großes gepflegtes Haus/Villa mit direktem Strandzugang und wunderschönem Meerblick von der Dachterasse. Das Meer war sehr klar und sauber, der Strand nicht überfüllt und das Stadtviertel zu Fuß perfekt erreichbar für abendlichen Bummel sowie kleinere Einkäufe. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuverlässig, freundlich und jederzeit telefonisch ansprechbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.👍👍👍

Wunderbare Lage und tolles Haus

Wir haben eine tolle Ferienwoche verbracht (zwei Erwachsene und vier Kinder). Die Lage ist Top - die Aussicht eine Wucht (siehe Fotos...). EG mit Tischtennisplatte super für Kinder falls das Wetter mal schlecht sein sollte... Herzlichen Dank, wir haben es sehr genossen!

In der Herbstferienzeit hatte es wenig Leute, wir haben dies sehr genossen

Das Haus, die Lage, die Wohnung und die Einrichtung sind traumhaft. Wenige Schritte zum Sandstrand mit privaten Zugang hatten uns den Weg zum Meer erleichtert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können dies nur empfehlen.
