Great location

Fabulous ocean views and within easy walking distance to beach access, shops and restaurants. Decor is simple but nice. Small kitchen appliances work but have been heavily used. No extras in kitchen, bring everything you will need.

Relaxing Stay

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the condo. We enjoyed watching and listening to the ocean from our balcony on the 2nd floor. The view was spectacular! Access to the beach was a short walk. Our only suggestion would be providing a bench or stool in the entry area to take off and put on shoes. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice stay

The outside of the apartment complex is being worked on so is a bit shabby but the apartment itself is great: very clean and reasonably well equipped. It's a great location and somewhat more affordable that a lot of places; this made it possible for us.

Rockaway Neach

Overall okay. Nice view. Building was under some repairs… not impressed! Walls are thin, you can hear the neighbours. Poor beach access, even though it is on the water. Updating is needed.. kitchen utensils are getting tacky!
