The top floor hot tub overlooking the ocean is a perfect place to start or end any day so why not do both! This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
