About this property

Wooden house, close to beaches and dunes

Welcome to my wooden house! Spacious, bright, facing south, it is located in Landéda-l'Aber Wrac'h, on the peninsula of Sainte-Marguerite. It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal paths (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of fishing on foot, bike rides, boating (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing etc ... nearby).

The house is 105 m2 and is completely independent and fully equipped. She is composed :
-of a large living room (living-dining room-kitchen)
-of a room with a large bed 160
-a second bedroom with 2 single beds
-a mezzanine with sleeping 140 (2 pers)
-of a bathroom - wc
-of a cellar
-a large terrace facing south

The neighborhood, a small hamlet on the peninsula, is very quiet. The various sandy beaches that surround the peninsula are all within walking distance and / or by bike (less than 300 m from the house).
The GR 34 passes next to the house. Several other loops of hiking are proposed nearby.
The dunes of Saint-Marguerite, close to the house, are a must! It is a protected natural heritage, populated by a specific flora (blue thistles, wild orchids ...) and frequented by many species of birds (gulls, avocets, blackgulls, cormorants, oystercatchers ...).

The port of Aber Wrac'h is 3-4 km from the house. You can enjoy the activities offered by the sailing club (training or rental of kayaks, paddles, windsurf boards, dinghies, cata etc ...). You will also find on the port a rental of bicycles and kayaks, the stars of Abers, for a tour at sea or for a visit to the lighthouse of the Virgin Island, as well as several restaurants and bars.

The Center du Bourg is 2 kms away, easily accessible by bike.
You will find various shops, restaurants and services. A weekly market is held on Tuesday morning to discover and buy local products (fish, oysters, crustaceans, cakes etc ...).

During the months of July and August, the minimum rental is one week, with arrival on Saturday.

Ein kleines Bijou

Wir haben erholsame Ferien in diesem sehr schönen und modernen Haus an absolut ruhiger Lage verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir wurden von Jean-Luc sehr herzlich empfangen und haben ihn als einen wunderbaren und charmanten Gastgeber erlebt. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem riesigen, gepflegten und umzäunten Grundstück, man fühlt sich hier sofort wohl und absolut sicher. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

une maison très moderne , lumineuse, en bois. Construction de qualité remarquable et écologique. Grand séjour-cuisine, belle salle de bain avec vaste douche à l'italienne, literie très confortable. Environnement très calme, à 5 min à pied du sentier côtier. On s'y sent comme chez soi, c'est un vrai bonheur. Le propriétaire, charmant et serviable, habite la maison d'à côté. On va certainement revenir ici, dans ce beau pays des Abers.

Traumhaftes Haus in herrlicher Umgebung

Es handelt sich um ein absolut lichtdurchflutetes neues Haus auf einem riesigen Grundstück mit Blick bis zum Meer. Einrichtungsmässig fehlt nichts. Selbst bei Regen oder Nebel ist das Haus hell. Jean luc ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der einem jede Menge Tips gibt. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, gerne wandert oder Fahrrad fährt (ebike angesagt, da auf und ab), ist hier genau richtig. Erholung pur. Betten und Bettwäsche hervorragend. In der Küche waren alle Grundutensilien vorhanden. Grill mit Holzkohle ebenfalls. Und man hört absolut nichts. Gerne wieder.

Beautiful architecture and a wonderful space

This was a delightful place to stay during our 5-day visit to Landeda in beautiful Brittany. Jean Luc and Isabel were graciously hospitable and helpful. The house was superb for a couple - immaculate (!), light and comfortable with many amenities not usually provided by hosts. We enjoyed the local trails, visiting the lighthouse and local pubs/restaurants. We can highly recommend the Wooden House and hope to return.

La mer est tout à coté , le coin est très sauvage des vues a couper le souffle . la maison a tout le confort rien ne manque un petit paradis avec la grande terrasse devant et le jardin derrière vue mer. Un accueil chaleureux pour un séjour dans une très belle maison où tout est pensé pour passer un excellent moment. La décoration est sobre et soignée et il ne manque rien pour se sentir chez soi dès l’arrivée. La vue est superbe et la mer accessible à pieds, à quelques dizaines de mètres.
