Beautiful villa recently renovated with private access to the sea and overlooking the Salt pools, 5 km from the city center.
Guests can make free use of table football, table tennis, basket.
The villa 'consists in the upper floor of a large attic room with adjoining bathroom and a terrace / solarium and in the lower floor of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large open spaces, garden and parking for cars. the house can 'accommodate up to 14/16 people

Un'ottima vacanza!

Siamo una famiglia numerosa e abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno in questa casa insieme. Le stanze separate e la zona comune esterna permettono un ottimo equilibrio tra privacy e condivisione. La vicinanza alla spiaggia, le piante da frutto, gli arredi e l'utensileria della casa hanno dato ulteriore qualità alla nostra villeggiatura. La casa è una zona abbastanza remota ma a 15 minuti di auto c'è tutto quello che serve. C'è stato qualche imprevisto ma i proprietari sono sempre stati disponibili all'istante per aiutarci a risolverli.

Perfect stay on the sea!

Everything was just perfect. House has a lot of space, was clean and beach infront of house empty (enourmous plus as all other public beaches fully crowded) with translucide blue water. All over I coudn't find better stay with conditions we wanted (big house - 4 rooms, 4 toilettes, big terrasse with lot of seats in different places, direct access to the beach, no stairs to the beach). Un sogno

Siamo stati comodamente in 12 con 7 ragazzi che occupavano il piano superiore. Posto lontano dal casino, perfetto X chi come noi voleva rilassarsi. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e la casa Molto bella. Alcuni pensavano già di tornare il prossimo anno!!!!

Achtung im Haus wohnen auch die Vermieter

Haus und Lage ok. Sehr sauber. Großer Kritikpunkt: wir sind zu 5 angereist und dachten das wir das Haus für uns alleine haben, jedoch haben die Vermieter mit im Haus gewohnt. Mussten uns die Küche und den Außenbereich mit Ihnen teilen. Trotz mehrfachem telefonieren wurden wir nicht davon in Kenntnis gesetzt erst als wir dort ankamen (ca.1400km gefahren).

Es tut mir leid für das Missverständnis. die Villa, sondern, wie in der Beschreibung von sich abgegeben hat 14 Betten und ist auf zwei Etagen aufgeteilt. nur 5 Leute waren und ich die Treppe hinunter vorbehalten. Es ist wie der Versuch, zu einem Resort gehen und behaupten, dass es nur für Sie.
