CASA BELLA "C " - 1 Bed/1Bath - Steps To The Beach

Fort Myers Beach Short Term Rental # 21-0113.
Fresh, clean and cozy, this updated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo is located across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico and 7 miles of sugar sand beach. Located on the second floor, Casa Bella C was unaffected by Hurricane Ian. Our building and property, however, did undergo some trauma. We have worked diligently to restore our building and we feel in many ways it's better than before the storm.

Casa Bella C offers a Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. The decor is contemporary beach casual and is perfect for 2 people. The kitchen features all appliances and ample cookware. We have installed two new Smart TV’s and have upgraded our internet to StarLink. Free Wi-Fi service is included. When looking at the picture of the front of our building, the entrance to Casa Bella C is on the ground floor, on the left of the building with a balcony and interior stairway.

To get you started we provide disinfectant spray, hand sanitizer, 2 rolls of toilet tissue, a small two-use bottle of shampoo and conditioner, a roll of hand towels, a small bottle of liquid dish detergent, dishwasher pods, and scouring pads.

Guest access
A propane BBQ grill is provided for your use during your stay with a patio table and chairs in the outdoor grilling area for dining or relaxing. Plenty of parking is available. Free laundry service is also available to our guests.
Other things to note
Guests should be aware Fort Myers Beach as a whole is recovering and over time she will return to her former glory.
Footwear should be worn at all times while on our property and protective beach shoes are recommended while on the beach and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.
Casa Bella is located mid-island on the corner of Avenida Pescadora and Estero Blvd.

mid -island experience

the property was fine, the owner and the other resident were helpful, we had a relaxing stay. The Beach, however is still recuperating with loads of construction.

I absolutely LOVE this place!

Everything was perfect! I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed for a 2-3 week stay. The bed was so comfortable! The couch was comfortable for lounging and watching endless movies when it's raining outside! Location is a mere .3 miles to the Publix grocery store which has just about anything you could need. The trolly can take you up to Times Square where there a several open restaurants and live entertainment available. I wouldn't drive to Times Square because parking is not ideal and expensive so either Uber or Trolly is the best way to go. Communication with Kim and Phil Wasson was excellent! I couldn't have asked for any better. The only thing I could have found useful would be a Luggage Rack to put my suitcase on. I never like to set my suitcase on the bed which lots of people do but I think it's very unsanitary. And I don't like leaving my suitcase on the floor when I'm practically living out of it while I'm on vacation. So, yes, a luggage rack would be awesome. And perhaps a lightweight stick vacuum cleaner for the hardwood type floor to go over every couple of days. The floor seems to collect lots of dust/hair. Any sand/dirt from shoes was easily swept up with the broom. I had a beautiful stay and I will be back for sure! Highly recommended ! Thank you Kim and Phil!

Casa bella C Ft Myers Beach

Fantastic place to stay in FMB! The place was very clean and nice. I love the balcony view of the water, great for watching sun set. This place was very user friendly from kitchen utensils to chairs and umbrella for the beach and shower with great water pressure! The host was amazing, super helpful and very nice! 5 STARS FROM ME!!!

Very Nice Stay

Very nice property, easy to feel at home. Spacious, safe, nicely decorated and furnished. Property manager communication was excellent. Since there is a unit above this one you can hear footsteps overhead at times. It didn't bother us at all but something to keep in mind if that bothers you. We would definately stay here again.
