This home is complete with a king master bedroom and a second bedroom outfitted with two twin-sized beds. There is also a pull out love seat for additional sleeping in the main living area. The perfect, mid-island location is minutes to the Times Square and Lover's Key State Park, Bowditch Point Park, boating, marinas, restaurants, library, movie theater and shopping galore!

Clean, and fresh living area, tile and wood floors, central A/C, open deck plus additional lanai on the rear of home.. Full kitchen, too! Enjoy your meals on the front or rear deck, soak up some healthy Florida sunshine and warm, tropical breezes like no other!

Great location, easy to get around

Everything worked well, very comfortable and location was awesome. Traffic was horrible but we never dealt with it being the location was so great. Access to the beach very close, had chairs and umbrellas to use, free beach trolley took us into the Shrimp festival so we didnt have to drive. All in all, a great vacation with the kids

Considering what Ft. Myers has gone through the past few years, it's amazing this house survived! House has plenty of room. Kitchen is well stocked.Great location. Vehicle traffic going north is always backed up so walking downtown was faster!

Near the beach

We enjoyed our stay and loved that we could walk to the beach and to a great spot for breakfast. We wanted to stay an extra day, but unfortunately the unit needed to be prepped for new guests. However, the host was very quick to respond to our request.

Sister trip

Property was as listed. Plenty of extra amenities, toiletries, furnished kitchen, dish soap, beach towels and chairs. Only a short walk to the beach. Can walk to Time Square or take the tram, which stops nearby. Close to great eateries. Perfect get away for 4 sisters from Minnesota to escape the cold.

Girls Trip Great Stay

The location was perfect. Short walk across the road to a quiet beach. Close to Publix for quick groceries. The house was well stocked. Love having twin beds for a girls get away and THREE FULL bathrooms. Cute outside space for breakfast. The umbrellas and beach chairs were a bonus as well as a small cooler. A wagon or beach cart would have been a nice touch since the straps on two of the beach chairs are broke and unable to carry on your back. But overall was a great stay and would definately book again. The home is a bit older but kept up well, with a bonus of a dishwasher. Breakfast place nearby but unfortuantely our stay was short and did not make it there. Check in/out was easy.

Nice Beach House for a Quick Getaway

This house is perfect for a few days stay. Conveniently located near all the action in FMB and just a short walk to the beach. We wish the FMB community a continued recovery from Hurricane Ian.

A wonderful stay!

The house is very comfortable and everything works perfectly. It's very near to the beach and located in a quiet neighborhood. We have really appreciated the covered parking below the house and the very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Girls' Trip!

This is a beautiful, clean property, and the three bathrooms make it perfect for four women. It's a short walk to the beach and tram stop, as well as a nature preserve close by. The screened in porch was a great place to enjoy meals, too.

This cottage worked perfectly for our family of four. It is nice and close to the beach and nice to have some shops close by as well with grocery store 1 mile away. The kitchen was well equipped and the owners had some nice touches. So glad we stayed here. Michael

Great place to stay

We didn’t know what to expect with this place but we were happily surprised. We love that there’s an extra bathroom for a total of three bathrooms and a screened in porch. The exterior of the property could be cleaned up a little bit but the interior is very nice. It worked out perfect for us thank you

Perfect little home!

This cute little place fit my sisters and I perfectly. The three bathrooms were great for saving time, especially after the beach! The property manager, Cami, is a great communicator and adjusted to our needs promptly. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach, and the home includes umbrellas and beach chairs. Plenty of lounging and comfort in this home. Would stay again!

Great amenities and location!

My wife and I had a great vacation here at this property. It was a cute little cottage with loads of amenities. We appreciated the abundance of towels, soaps, bathrooms, and beach chairs. The kitchen was stocked with other necessities including some coffee, so that was an added perk, too. The location was excellent- just a short walk straight to the beach and close to other local restaurants. We especially liked Tuckaway Cafe which was within walking distance. I would not hesitate coming back to this property if we make another Fort Myers vacation- thank you!

While the property was clean. It was very old and run down. It is in the middle of a construction zone. Hammering and dump trucks all day There was no outdoor space to enjoy. Hurricane Ian hit the area very hard. It was right across the street from a lovely beach area.

What we needed

The area was hard hit by Ian in 2022, and recovery has apparently been slow. This property smehow survived. It is small, and a few things did not work, but we - a family of 4 - managed. Ed, the host, communicated well. We mostly had the beach to ourselves.

Location, Location, Location

The home was in a great location. An easy and quick walk to the beach. Across the street was a Mexican Restaurant, Pizza Restaurant and a great place to get breakfast. The free trolley was a great way to get around. No need to pay or try to find a place to park or to be waiting in traffic. As others and the owners stated the house could use some TLC (tender loving care) however if you balance this with the price and location we found this to be the right place for us.

Ft Myers Lovers Lane property

Renting the property was easy no issues there. The property was in great location to beach also. The inside of home was not clean at all. Needs dusted and scrubbed from top to bottom. Also property outside needs some general clean up and outside shower needs fixed. Kitchen sink backs up also. Porch out back nice and relaxing. Supply of towels and amenities in kitchen and toilet paper and paper towels was appreciated.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Our stay was absolutely terrible DO NOT BOOK!!! There were cockroaches ants and a broken air conditioner. The pictures listed are not at all what the place is actually like. When we contacted them to ask for a refund they beat around the bush and didn’t even feel bad. Terrible people. I do have pictures of everything if anyone would like to see.

Not what was advertised

First off, I do want to say the actual location to the beach is great. The other part is that the advertisement was for a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom. Well, there is no third bedroom. It is a two bedroom with a living room and kitchen. There are three bathrooms, but the Master Bath Shower is so tiny, I literally can't turn around in it. Had to stand like I was frozen. I reached out the owner to ask where the third bedroom was that was advertised (I took screenshots of the VRBO listing) and the he never responded. The owner is not responsible for the area, but basically Ft. Myers was apparently hit very hard by the hurricane two years ago and the place hasn't recovered. It's like vacationing in a war zone. The living room blinds were broken, so even if someone did hit the counch, they were blasted all day with sunlight, and no privacy at night.The place is not fire code compliant either. Plenty of open all sockets, including by the bed. Several switches didn't even work. Would never do it again. Very neglected and not advertised properly, so feel I was ripped off.
