Upstairs a double bedroom, south orientation, and a children's room with bunk beds, and a bathroom with bathtub and WC.
At the back it overlooks a small courtyard adjoining other houses, on the south side it overlooks a garden (that of the owner) the environment is very quiet.
It is located near the village shops, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, florist, butcher, fruit and vegetable shop (grocery store, vegetables, hairdressers, tobacco, antique shops. Casino with nigth club and cinema are 2 minutes away, as well as tennis courts like the basketball court, the sailing club or the horse club.
