Appartement bien situé qui mériterait tout de même un bon coup de neuf

Séjour agréable, très proche commerces, restaurants, port, plages, la propriété est vieillissante. Un bon coup de jeune serait nécessaire en plus de problèmes électriques à régler. Un manque de rangements (penderie en particulier) est à noter.
