In sported 3-storey residence, bordering the beach Grazel, pleasant T2 apartment on the 3rd floor without lift, south facing terrace / west with lovely views of the beach, 4 people maximum, secure private parking.
Apartment 25 m2, includes: 1 living room with convertible (flat screen tv) and equipped kitchen area (combined multifunction microwave, washing machine, fridge / freezer, electric hob 2 burners, radio / CD, iron, coffee maker, grill -pain, fan), 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 and a large closet, bathroom with shower and toilet (hairdryer), terrace 6 m2 with garden furniture and electric barbecue.

Miscellaneous: 300 € deposit refunded at the end of rental, small dog accepted, no disabled access.

Range 15 m, close to shops, restaurants, harbor (200 m) to 20 minutes walk from the old town (tower Barbarossa).

Très bon accueil des propriétaires, emplacement de l’appartement idéal,proche du port , de la plage et des restaurants sans prendre son véhicule . Les vacances excellentes à Gruissan 👍💞

Nous sommes très reconnaissants à M.et Mme Jacquemard pour leur accueil très chaleureux😊. L'appartement est bien équipé (il y a tout ce qu'il faut) et bien placé (tout près de la mer, les commerces sont à proximité) En plus l'eau de mer à cet endroit est la plus chaude aux alentours.

Accès direct sur la plage du Grazel en face de l'île aux oiseaux.

Merci au propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques. Appartement fonctionnel et terrasse vue sur la plage. Cuisine bien équipée. Machine à laver, cafetière électrique, téléviseur, barbecue électrique, etc... Nous avons passés un très bon séjour.

Résidence dont le portail donne sur la plage de Grazel ,pas de route devant super pour des vacances !,à proximité commerce et bar mais loin de la foule du port ...Beaucoup de visites possibles dans un rayon de 30 km,merci à Monsieur et Madame Jacquemard pour leurs conseils touristiques.. Petit bémol en ce mois de août "Covid",quelques jeunes fêtard s amusent parfois bruyamment sur la plage en pleine nuit ...

Nous y avons séjourné (1 adulte et 3 ados)une semaine pendant les vacances d'avril 2018.nous avons eu un accueil tres sympathique.les propriétaires sont attentifs ,disponibles ,tres gentils.l'appartement est propre fonctionnel bien pour 4.la literie tres bien.il y a tout ce qu'il faut (grille pain...tele...)juste de quoi poser ses valises et profiter avec la plage juste en face! La wifi manque peut etre pour des ados et la location de velos.
