Beautiful view over the marina and the Clape massif, 500 meters away from the sea. Quiet place, close to the shops, and 5 min from the old fishermen's village (Barberousse tower). 15 min by foot from the sea through the promenade, cycle paths.
Reserved space in secured private parking. Access to the 2 swimming pools of the residence.
Narbonne city is 10 km away. The medieval city of Carcassonne is 60 km away. The Etangs de Bages, Fontfroide Abbey, Sigean African Park and Canal du Midi are close. The Cathar villages are 65 km away. Spain is 45 minutes away.
In Gruissan: chalet built on stilts, hiking, fun balneotherapy centre, fishing, wine cellars, nightclub and casino, sea ponds with flamingos, sailing, tennis courts, naturism.

Very lovely Apartment - great location

This is a lovely little apartment with great views over the marina. The bedroom is too small, so we used the sofabed in the lounge/diner area. Most evenings we ate on the balcony or found somewhere on the marina. The facilities were fine for a 5 night break. You'll need a car to get out to other towns & beaches. There's a good supermarket on the outskirts of town 7 a convenient store just by the apartment. Martine met us & answered all our questions, albeit in French ... A very agreeable stay in a very agreeable apartment in a very agreeable town.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement trÚs bien situé avec une vue sur le port de Gruissan. Il est fonctionnel et comporte le nécessaire. La résidence est calme en cette période de vacances de printemps. L'ajout d'un sÚche cheveux et d'une machine à café serait le petit plus.
