Not a place I'd like to be
The place wasnt to my liking. Disappointed to say the least. However, owner did respond quickly to my calls. I wasnt expecting a 5 star place but was expecting more for the price charged.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady was so rude towards me and I didn’t feel comfortable. This lady was harassing me every day about my dog (who was a service dog) and I had proof. She claimed she didn’t allow any pets at her house because of her “ Allergies” when in the previous message on her page she said “pet friendly” and as soon as I got to the house, she changed the rules? I do not recommend this place if you have any “service animal ”. Also, there’s no washer or dryer. Her shower was clogged the day that I got there. Her Ac didn’t work as well in the back room. This place was overcharged and wasn’t with it at all.

Skylar and his girlfriend are completely and totally dishonest people. They never had and were never approved service animal. The document they provided the Skylar's girlfriend was approved by the doctor for emotional support dog and that dog should be golden retrieval. I use VRBO for 5 years to host guests. Since day 1 I do not accept any pets. I have severe allergies on home pets with vital results. On the day they checked in and about 2 hours after they checked in, I offered them 1 day stay with a cleaning fee charges and the rest of refund. They refuse to leave and demanded a full refund.
I never saw their dog, but it was not golden retrieval. The AC filter was changed 1 day before their arrival. After they leave the AC filter clogged with black dog's hair. They claimed the water in a bathtub does not drain fast enough. I asked them to clean hair from hair catcher on bathtub drain. They removed hair catcher completely. I cannot find it. They used bedding and quilts for their dog sleeping place. Including one of the single beds.
I would never accept those people in any of my properties.
They do not respect anybody's belongings and I had a feeling they accept only when the person pleased their way whether it is right or wrong.
They went back and force via e-mail messages on their dishonesty.
Saty away from them.
I would say there is no comfortable seating if you’ve have back problems. Convenient location. Great for 2/3 but too small for more.

very uncorfotable furniture the bed is very soft the futon in living room very uncomfortable.
The outside of the property needs lots of TLC. The inside was clean but not a comfortable place to stay. Bed very soft need new mattress. The living room futon very uncomfortable hard as a rock, not very relaxing place. Should have at least 2 mugs in kitchen we had 1 mug and 1 small cup. For the price expected more. The neighbourhood not the best.
Perfect! The house is spacious with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is small but functional and we were pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer! Nic fire pit in the back yard. We would 100% recommend this property.
Nice , comfortable house and big private fenced yard
I had a nice stay

General overview.
Some light bulbs/ window shades were out of order/broken.
It was nice to have all the kitchen's utensils and appliances.
The neighborhood was not so nice but the closeness of the Spring Mineral Water recompensed that. The price was reflecting the standard of the property.
The house is a little small, but if you're like us we just needed it to sleep and have all our stuff in one place.
It was homey and not a hotel which was a plus!
Victoria was great and property was fine for one person golfing all week.

Small but fine for what it is
Overall it seemed pretty clean and there were no major issues. It’s very small but serves the purpose. Noticed shortly into the stay there wasn’t a single attached working smoke alarm. Don’t suggest you use the coffee pot there and the microwave took 10 minutes to figure out how to get working
