Linens, towels and wash clothes with beach towels with beach chairs and umbrella provided. Washer and dryer provided for guest use. Master bedroom with queen bed with tv, additional bedroom with two full size beds. Playground in the neighborhood. Bicycles provided for guest. Minutes from local beaches, golf courses, shopping and lots of places to enjoy eating. Within 15-30 minutes to the Gulf coast. Braves training field and water park in North Port. The house was quaint for our visit to Spring training. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed for convenience. The pool was very warm and relaxing. Neighborhood was super quiet. Nice grocery stores, and churches nearby and a great Oyster restaurant with happy hour, one mile from the house, as well. We slept well! Amy the host got back to me quickly with questions. My husband and I purchased this home from my Father. We enjoy spending vacations away from the noise of the big tourist areas. I work as on Occupational Therapy Assistant at a Skilled nursing facility in Ohio. My husband is a store manager for Kroger. We are quickly becoming empty nesters as our youngest is a senior in high school. We enjoy spending time with our children. We have 4 dogs, 7 cats, 2 snakes, 2 lizards, 2 turtles, chickens, ducks, and goats.
We hope that you enjoy staying at our home as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a privacy fence around the back yard. The pool is surrounded by a cage to keep out the bugs. However a small lizard or frog will break in. The pool is heated year round to 87 degrees. Within minutes of restaurants and shopping.
Beaches are within a short driving distance with many options to choose from.
