The property was well stocked and very nicely decorated and furnished. Very comfortable and well suited to our needs. Lots of good restaurants and shopping opportunities a short drive away. There was a problem heating the pool after the first couple of weeks of our stay but our host was very responsive and we were very satisfied with how he handled things. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Lots of nature to observe and listen to in the early morning hours.

Place was perfect, size was amazing and the pool with the screen was great!! Family had a blast. This house had everything we needed and was close to beaches and shopping.

Really beautiful home and pool. All the things you need for a nice stay except for a fan. It was very warm in the house and there are no ceiling fans. The thermostat is programmed and cannot be changed to anything below 73. We had to keep the shades closed and buy a box fan. The home is very clean and well maintained and if the temperature doesn't bother you, you'll enjoy your stay.

Property was perfect for the 3 of us friends that were here for a tarpon fishing week. House was clean which is very important to me. Was close to marina for short drive each day. Each person had own bedroom which was nice for privacy.

While the space had potential, there were a few cleanliness issues that impacted our stay. We noticed there was leftover liquid in the water kettle, and unfortunately, mold and mildew had started to develop. A persistent odor became noticeable by the second day, and we eventually traced it back to the kettle.The floors appeared clean at first glance but were actually quite soiled. Additionally, the inside of the bedframe contained visible buildup of dust, hair, and debris.These issues were easily noticeable, so I’d recommend improving the cleaning protocols or considering a new cleaning service to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience.

The property was well stocked, very clean, and comfortable. The central location made it convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go. We had one small hiccup with the door code being incorrect, but the owner responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property.
