This was our second winter season at the house which is well equipped and maintained and comfortable. Any issues are promptly dealt with by Will. We plan on returning for a third winter next year. The property is very private and quiet. The pool area is large and surrounded by nature.

Hosting Terry and his wife for the past month has been an absolute pleasure. Their genuine respect and care for our home were evident from day one. They treated our place as if it were their own, maintaining its cleanliness and ensuring everything was in perfect order. We couldn't have asked for more considerate guests. Anyone fortunate enough to host them can rest assured that their space is in trustworthy hands. Thank you again!

Boca Grande is a wonderful property and was well suited to our family of 5 (2a, 3ch). The pool in particular was a firm favourite, brilliant size with lots of space around the poolside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host could not have been more helpful and super responsive, this was very impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend!
