About this property

Single family pool home in a quiet neighborhood, close to five beaches,

House has an in ground heated pool, living room, dining room, fully furnished kitchen. Gas grill , 2 car garage, laundry room and big yard. Close to several Beaches, nice restaurants. Charlotte Sports Park , Spring baseball with the Tampa Bay Rays and a wide range of water sports, fishing etc. special note no houses with in 100 yards every way.
House is well furnished. Beach chairs cooler and umbrella for a day at the beach. Men’s and women’s 10 speed cruising bikes, fishing poles and small tackle box . K cup coffee maker. 55” Smart TVs in every bedroom and in the living room.
Message chair, blue tooth speaker for pool side music. Each bedroom is very private with the bathrooms separating the three bedrooms on one side of the house and the master and bath on the other. Very private house surrounded by my vacant lots. High chair, travel crib, sand toys , pool toys . Very quiet neighborhood.

Simply Fantastic!! Take some time to read the previous reviews… They are spot on. The house, the pool and the peaceful location literally made our stay one of the best vacations we have ever experienced. The owner/host, George, was extremely kind and was super quick in getting back to us when we had questions or needed some area recommendations. We highly recommend this awesome property and the superb owner. Everything was simply fantastic!

Great house to stay in for a fun Florida vacation.

This house is wonderful. It has absolutely everything you need from going to the beach, fishing, hanging out on the lanai or floating in the pool. Communication was great and we had the best time! Highly recommend this house! In fact we can’t wait to book our next trip!

Wonderful place

This place was perfect. It had everything we needed, it was clean and spacious. The outside area was great. The pool has a basketball goal and we enjoyed that. There was beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything u needed for a beach trip. I will stay here again. Great place.

Great stay wonderful house.

We had the best time. The pool was wonderful. The kids had a blast in the pool with the basketball hoop. House had everything we needed and is close to all the stores you would need. Had a lot of stuff for the beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, sand sifters, coolers and a beach wagon to haul everything. Would highly recommend this property. Would definitely stay there again. George the owner was wonderful. Josh the property manager took care of anything we needed. Thank you for making are vacation easy and relaxing

A Quiet, Beautiful Resort

So enjoyable to relax by the pool while having no neighbours close by enables us to be part of nature by having our privacy . George was an amazing host !! If we needed something he would make it happen !! We will miss our lovely VRBO we stayed at !!

Fantastic Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Port Charlotte. The vacation home was the best we've ever had.The owner was always available to answer any questions or solve any problems. Thank you so much for that!The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Many shops are nearby. Our day trips to Florida were also easily accessible from Port Charlotte.The house is very spacious, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A highlight is the large pool with an adjoining terrace, where we had breakfast and dinner every day.We would love to vacation in this vacation home again next year!

Great House In Quiet Neighborhood

The house fit all of our family and guests needs! The kitchen had everything that you could ask for, the bedrooms fit our needs and the heated pool worked perfectly for our needs. George was very prompt in getting back to us whenever we reached out. We are looking forward to renting from him again.

House was brilliant! Clean, tidy, had everything we needed and more. Pool area was lovely to sit out. Really nice, quiet area but eateries etc within driving distance and a number of beaches too. Amazing location and privacy

I can’t express enough how happy we were with this vacation home. Secluded yet not far from all the places we wanted to go. Beach was a 20 minute drive. Fishing pier was only a 10 minute drive. We absolutely loved the pool. Communication with the owner was great. He was very friendly and cooperative with any requests or questions we had. I highly recommend this home for a nice little getaway.

Our 4th Stay. This home is everything you need. Communication was usually fast less than hour return call. Just as pictured, Plenty of space, AWESOME Pool, plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, Extra sheets, towels,etc. great washer and dryer, everything you need if you don't want to eat out all the time. Nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood, not far from stores, movies, malls, restaurants, church, you name it. Had family stop by for visits, and they were very impressed. If you want 10 Stars or more, this is your place. Thank you again George and family, see you soon.

What makes this property unique

Very private, quiet, large pool with a basketball backboard, pool floats. Five TVs. Two Bikes to ride, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and sand toy for the tots. But most of all, three full bathrooms that separate the bedrooms for privacy from one another. Plenty of room on the screened patio for the whole gang. Blue tooth speaker for your use. Note cable TV in every bed room, and living room. All TVs are smart tvs.
