Non Peak Season (April 1 through December 31) monthly and weekly stays. This home also has Wifi, TV's are run through the internet.



This 3 bedroom 2 bath fully equipped home has been completely renovated by the new owners. The home is located in beautiful Rotonda West.. It's your choice, shopping, golfing or walking one of the many gorgeous beaches of the gulf coast, all are only minutes away. The master bedroom has a king size bed with his and hers walk-in closets, and an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and roman shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet. The third bedroom has a king size bed and a large closet. The large open kitchen is an entertainers delight with the dinning room just off to one side or if you would rather eat outside, the kitchen has a pass-through to the lanai. The living room will draw you into the house from the foyer with a spectacular view of the pool area. The second bathroom can be accessed from the house or the lanai area. The lanai has plenty of room for entertaining and overlooks the heated pool and back yard.

Lovely place to stay. We stayed with out 8 and 3 year olds and my wife's parents. the house and pool were excellent and we were SO close to many great gulf beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Tolle Kommunikation und schöner Pool

Wir waren in den letzten 20 Jahren 6 Mal in Rotonda und haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Von dort sind die Strände schnell erreichbar und es zum Einkaufen nicht weit. Der Pool ist groß, das Internet sehr schnell, die Betten bequem. Der Gastgeber sehr nett und immer schnell erreichbar. Das einzige was wir uns noch gewünscht hätten, eine helle Beleuchtung wie eine lange LED Leuchte über dem Herd, damit würde das Kochen erleichtert. Die kleine Lampe unterhalt der Mirkrowelle funktionierte nicht. Das ist aber nur eine Kleinigkeit.

Welcome, inviting respite

This was our second time booking this home and was everything we expected and more. Wonderful layout of floor plan that afforded privacy and function. The pool and lanai were the perfect oasis to spend your day. Owners accommodating and thought of everything to ensure your stay was memorable. Will definitely return next year. A five star for sure!

Escape to the sun

Everything was excellent from the decor to layout of the house. The location of the house was so close to everything. We absolutely loved the pool and lanai ..it was our oasis! It was definitely a 5 star! We will be back next year for sure.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have been renting out our property through VRBO for over 12 years. In that time we have welcomed many guests to our home, of which many have been repeat guests. Our home is conveniently located for easy access in and out of Rotonda. And if you are like me and forget an item at the grocery store, we have Winn- Dixie at the end of Sunnybrook.

What makes this property unique

As I traveled extensively for work for many years I have learnt what I would want in a good vacation property and have incorporated that into our home. We as owners are constantly updating our home. In the last two years we have replaced the air conditioner, a new roof, all new pool equipment on the outside of the house. Inside the house a new fridge, all new living room furniture, new mattresses. Also pillows and mattress pads on the beds are replaced every year. All mattresses are enclosed in bug protection bags. Everything in our home is there for your use. Including spices, coffee filters, sugar, a selection of tea’s flour, salt and pepper, garbage bags, foil wrap, shampoo and conditioner, soap, dish soap, dishwasher pucks, tide pods ,fabric sheets. We also leave a few rolls in each bathroom of toilet paper so you don’t need to rush out the next day.
