This spacious, open floor plan 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers gorgeous water views, a salt water pool, easy access to numerous golf courses and is only 15 minutes from Boca Grande beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Florida. Enjoy gorgeous beach-theme decorations, plush couches, two dining rooms, a king bed, a queen bed, a twin bed and full over twin bunks, as well as a fully stocked kitchen, complete with new appliances, a spacious bar with four bar stools, coffee, assorted teas, sugar and spices. There are also puzzles, games, and plenty of wonderful books for those occasional rainy days. Be sure to check out the owner’s poetry book - she’s a published author! The toilet paper could of been a better quality, but the toilet in the master was great! Loved the kingsize mattress & the saltwater pool. Wished it had been alittle closer to things.

Excellent property

We are frequent renters in Florida and this property as well as our contacts were flawless. The property is everything you see on pictures. Spectacular home and outside heated pool, yard and dock. Lesley was our main contact and in her absence, Doreen took over. Both so quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely try to coordinate another visit or two in the next 12 month.

Excellent property in Rotonda West

The property is just like the pictures. So clean and modern. We spent an entire month and were sad to leave. We enjoyed our heated pool and the views from the back yard and even got to fish off the dock. We are definitely going to return to this property in the future. Lesley was our main contact and was phenomenal in communication. In her absence, due to her own vacation, Doreen filled in and helped us solve an issue with ease. EXCEPTIONAL RENTAL, VERY COMFORTABLE HOME

Renting can be a crap shoot, however, renting through Lesley Hare at TMI is not. What she says is what it is, no b.s., always very quick to respond to an issue...she runs a super professional rental agency with excellent staff. We are over the top fussy, clean freaks, she found us a rental that worked and we were very happy with Gone Coastal. Here is where you get a property with a double car garage, king bedroom 2 more; full size laundry, fridge w/ice and water, 2 dining areas, a screened pool with comfortable pool furniture all overlooking a canal where the water flows both ways and an abundance of wildlife.
