New New Townhouse East of RT 1 - Bike Friendly

Avoid the beach traffic and stay in our brand new townhouse in a great location east of route 1. Only a 9 minute bike ride or a 30 minute walk to the sand. A Rehoboth Beach Parking Pass is available to make getting to the beach even easier.

Built in late 2018, this 3 bedroom 3.5 bath townhouse is brand new and sparkling clean. There are two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the third floor. The open concept kitchen, living and dining area are on the second floor, along with a half bath. And the third bedroom and third full bathroom are on the first floor.

Friends Vacation

This townhouse is absolutely beautiful and brand new. The rooms are all very spacious and the amenities are plentiful, especially in the kitchen. There were plenty of bathrooms, which is great for a large group. The screened in porch was lovely. The host was very accommodating and made booking and checking in a breeze. The neighbors were friendly and the area felt secure. The only downfall is that the townhouse is a long walk to the beach (as explained in the listing), but Ubers/Lyft are readily available and there is room in the garage to store bikes. I would recommend this spot to anyone who is looking for a a brand new and affordable house, who is willing to sacrifice being directly on the beach.

We are from the DC area and have been enjoying the Delaware beaches for the last 15 years.

Why they chose this property

We love this location because we enjoy biking and the beach. We wanted to be close to the Breakwater trail and the boardwalk, and we did not want to deal with Route 1 traffic. Our location has the added benefit of being able to avoid the Rehoboth Avenue weekend traffic jams.

What makes this property unique

Our townhome has a big airy feel with high ceilings and open spaces. We love to enjoy coffee and Surf Bagels on the screened-in porch in the morning. The garage makes it very easy to store our bicycles. And having three full bathrooms allows everyone to get ready quickly for a walk to dinner after a day at the beach.
