Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 8 and has a gorgeous 180-degree views of the ocean. Located 8-miles from the trendy tourist town of Mendocino, this home is in the private gated community of Pacific Reefs, half a mile from Albion Grocery. Wrap-around decking to sit outside and enjoy the sea air and serenity of the California Coast in a very quiet and private cul de sac. Pacific Reefs is central to 5-star dining, shopping, beach, hiking, and ocean activities all within a few miles drive. Minimum 3-night stay. Sleeping space for 8 people maximum - perfect for two families to share a vacation together!

Great location!

Beautiful spot was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter and son in law. Quiet, gated community. No issues and host was available for all our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well maintained, clean, kitchen is well equipped, fireplace was ready and plenty of firewood, the view from living room is beautiful. Very inviting atmosphere, you feel at home!

Home is in a great location with beautiful views of the Mendocino coast. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals, and the fire place makes the house so cozy. There are lots of games for the kids and a ton of DVD movies. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a spectacular 3 nights at this cozy home. It was in a quiet gated area right on the cliffside of the ocean. Wonderful view from the big windows in the living room. We enjoyed waking up and making a fire while watching the deer come by. Sitting in the hot tub at night under the stars were better than I’ve ever seen before. I saw 10 shooting stars in one night and my husband saw 7. We did several easy nature walks along the coast at the state parks, the lighthouse, devils Punchbowl etc. the best was the fishermen’s warf area in fort Bragg where we stopped at Princess Fish Market I think the name was. Anyhow, the fish is caught that morning. We’ve never had fish that fresh in our life. We bought 2 lbs of albacore and went to the house and made poki bowls. They even gave us ice bags to keep it cold. It was the best thing we’ve ever had so naturally we went back the next day and bought 9 lbs of it. They even vacuum sealed them in individual bags for us so we could take them home and put in freezer so we have it for future dinners. The kitchen could use a few more pots, pans, cooking utensils for families like ours that cook all our meals, but we made it work. The fridge is very loud and takes away from peaceful setting. I’m not sure if it needs servicing or just newer model would do the trick. If you have back problems don’t sleep in master bed it’s too soft. We would absolutely stay here again. It’s a hidden treasure and wished we could stay longer. Thank you for the stay.

I love the wild life with wandering deer, adorable foxes and other cute creatures. It’s awesome that the family has lots of room to fly kites or throw some balls. There is lots of room to jog too. The gated community provides extra privacy.

What makes this property unique

It feels like home, very cosy and comfortable. Of course, the wild life which is often seen. Very private location. Wonderful views.
