So sorry for that inconvenience. The hot water heater went out while you were there and needed replacing. The good news is that we were able to get someone there to replace it. Unfortunately we were not able to get it fixed until the day you left. We hope everything else was up to your satisfaction.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well maintained, clean, kitchen is well equipped, fireplace was ready and plenty of firewood, the view from living room is beautiful. Very inviting atmosphere, you feel at home!

Home is in a great location with beautiful views of the Mendocino coast. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals, and the fire place makes the house so cozy. There are lots of games for the kids and a ton of DVD movies. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

The view from here is amazing! The host communicates amazingly and updates as needed. The little gated community its in is quite. Even young deer walking through the area. Home has basic things, pots, towels, spices, even small shampoos and conditioners. The home is clean and ready to enjoy your stay!!
