About this property

At the Old School, New Cottage, Magnificent and Authentic

Magnificent gite completely renovated in Eguisheim (near Colmar) in the old school of the village (1453).

Superb Cottage of 75 m2 for 4 people.

The Gite includes a very large living / dining room with fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso machine, etc.), 2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm double bed, the second with 2 single beds of 80 with the possibility of joining them together), a bathroom with large shower (120cm) and separate toilet with hand basin, TV (satellite) and you can connect free of charge to the house WIFI.

It is an authentic place completely equipped and decorated with quality materials. You will be close to tourist attractions, shops and restaurants while being quiet.

You can enjoy the charm of this house while having access to all comforts. In the heart of the historic center of Eguisheim, but in a quiet street, you will appreciate this picturesque village (voted favorite village of the French). All the shops are in the center of Eguisheim, and you can also enjoy some very good restaurants. All the conditions are met for you to spend an unforgettable moment.

Ideally, arrivals and departures on Saturdays. However, do not hesitate to contact us for other arrangements.

Located on the wine route, you will be a few kilometers from Colmar, Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, Turckheim, the Vosges and its magnificent hiking trails and much more. Close to Switzerland and Germany, you can also stroll around Basel or Freiburg or spend the day with the family at Europapark (Rust).

The cottage is located on the ground floor of the house (10 steps, however), it is very bright and warm.

You can park your vehicle in the paying car parks (3 € / day) near the cottage or free of charge, 5 minutes' walk away. You will have temporary access to the house for unloading and loading the car.

Unfortunately we cannot accept animals.

Excellent séjour dans un très beau village qui mérite son classement parmi un des plus beaux villages de France. Le gîte est dans le centre du village au rez de chaussée d'une grande bâtisse alsacienne bien entretenue. L'appartement est spacieux , décoré avec goût, confortable, très propre. Bonne literie, cuisine fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. Petites attentions pour notre arrivée : un grand sapin de Noël et des spécialités gourmandes alsaciennes. Tout était parfait, nous recommandons ! ..

Die alte Schule

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der alten Schule sehr genossen. Von dort aus kann man herrliche Wanderungen durch die Weinberge und Wälder unternehmen. Hübsche kleine Orte liegen ganz in der Nähe und sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Wir haben in kurzer Zeit sehr viel gesehen und erlebt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet. Le logement et l'environnement

Excellent. Très propre, confortable, calme. La cuisine super bien équipée avec la vaisselle et les électros en parfait état et le tout fonctionnel font plaisir Le logement situé derrière l'église au coeur du village et de ses commerces est idéal pour des vacances revigorantes. Les nombreuses balades identifiées/fléchées dans les vignobles au départ du village n'y sont pas étrangères. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire. Nous recommandons !!!
