The Space:
The property is a duplex (two units included in this listing) that contains 6 bedrooms total. Each primary bedroom contains a king-sized bed and every other bedroom contains a queen-sized bed. One of the suites has a full-size pull out couch and the other has a twin rollaway bed.

- Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
- Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens
Spring Harbor is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06600 & OP2025-06599 and Business License BL012767-10-2018.

Guests have access to the front door through the keypad. The door code is given prior to the day of arrival.

Getting Around:
The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just 3 blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.
Other Things to Note:
Pet policy: As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property. Any sign of pets will incur additional fees starting at $500.
No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.
Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 11pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please take the party inside and be considerate of the neighbors.
Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

The location was perfect easy access to everywhere! The host was very, accommodating and we really really appreciated that. We would definitely stay here again!
Came for a girls trip. Location is great. Plenty of parking spaces and sleeping spaces. The decks need a good cleaning and the driveway was littered with garbage. Inside was very clean but could use some updating.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! We were located in the center of everything! We were 20 minutes from Folly Beach! If I had any concerns about the property, I would just say that it’s located on a very busy street 24 hours a day! That is to be expected as it is downtown.
What a lovely VRBO. Perfect for our needs and as described by the website. Retail company responded quickly to any questions I had. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect for our group of 13! House is split level so we weren’t all together but we made it work. Enough space, rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Josh is super responsive and helpful with dropping bags off. About a 15 minute walk to King Street so in a great location.
Our family stayed at the property while in town for a wedding and it was perfect for our needs. It was clean, well maintained and more than adequately equipped with any supply/item we could need. All the beds were very comfortable and the location was close to every place we needed/wanted to be. There were only 2 minor difficulties we experienced during our stay. The TV system was extremely complicated and while we only wanted to watch local news to monitor the weather we could never figure it out. I might suggest written step by step instructions left in the unit. The second was not having enough towels for 5 young ladies. It appears management only provides one towel per person so you may want to pack extra. Other than this 2 minor issues everything was perfect. I highly recommend a stay here.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. We had 2 families, 8 people total. Everyone was able to be comfortable since we rented both floors. It was a little loud at night being so close to the street but sound machines were provided which helped. That’s the price for being so close to all the action! I have been to Charleston several times and hope to get the opportunity to stay here again!
We had a great stay at the property. There were 6 good sized bedrooms and the house was in a great spot of town. I had never been to Charleston before but turns out 90% of our activities ended up being on the part of King street closest to the road the house is located on. There were lots of linens for everyone and the two living rooms/kitchens made it very convenient. The water pressure is pretty low but having 4 full bathrooms was ideal! Great stay, easy check in and check out process!
We had an enjoyable visit and the condos were clean and roomy and what we were looking for in accommodating a large party. The downstairs bathroom tub/shower has virtually no water pressure and is more like a dribble. The outside appearance with dead potted plants wasn’t very appealing. Condos definitely located on a busy party street and first night there a drunken young person keep banging on windows and doors trying to get in. That, I realize, has nothing to do with the property but was pretty disturbing.
The location to King street was great and parking was good.
Overall, we had a lovely visit at your property.
We were a group of 12 and this property worked out great for us. Awesome location! Super clean! Hair dryer and flat iron in every bathroom as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Josh was super responsive and quick to reply to any questions. We all had a great time and highly recommend this property.

Perfect spot for a group
The place is in a nice location with a Deli right next door and parking behind the house that's easily accessible. House is clean, simple and comfy. Josh was extremely helpful in things around town and was quick to respond to any questions. If you've got a decent size group..pick this one.
