During winter months, you might even catch a glimpse of whales as you relax by the oceanfront. End your day with sunset cocktails at the oceanfront beach area, where you can grill fresh-caught mahi mahi and enjoy the serene ambiance.

Updated Amenities: In mid-2023, we installed a ductless mini-split AC system in the living room and bedroom, and replaced the lanai door with a full-wall lanai door.

Oceanfront Complex: Enjoy a solar-heated swimming pool near the ocean, a sandy man-made beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues.

Private Beach Area: Lounge chairs and community BBQ grills are available for your use.
