Fabulous home on quiet street with great access to downtown
Wonderful location. Comfortable home. Well Appointed with everything one could need. I stayed a whole month!
July was hot! Happy to have the A/C units!
(Probably not suitable for a large group as only one bath/shower.)
Our sons ran the Spartan. We were joined by son’s friend who also ran. Due to flight schedules, very late arrival and extremely early departure. The house gave us a great place to relax and refresh. Enjoyed the stay In Kalispell.
Located on a quiet tree-lined street a few blocks from Main Street Kalispell, this house is centrally located not only in Kalispell but within the Flathead Valley. Glacier Nat’l Park, Whitefish, BigFork are all within an easy drive from the house. The neighborhood is quiet and the house offers all the necessary amenities and more. We loved our stay.
We loved having a cozy place to come home to as we explored Montana and Glacier National Park. It was great to be so close to Glacier NP, Whitefish, and Flathead Lake and I really enjoyed being able to walk into the town of Kalispell as well. Thanks for sharing this lovely home!
We stayed 4 nights here and loved it every bit of it. 2 teens, 2 adults and 2 grandparents- everyone had their own space. Great jump off point for West Glacier activities. Also it’s a short walk to some great places to eat. Highly recommended.

The house was AWESOME. There is a neighbor cat that comes to the back, nice for cat lovers. Home is very eco friendly and comfortable. They have everything you need. Very quiet historic neighborhood. Walking distance to town. Only downside is the bathtub is upstairs. Master has toilet and sink downstairs.
My family and I stayed here on our recent trip to Kalispell to visit family. It was the perfect location. Blocks from coffee shops, beautiful downtown, and perfectly centric to everywhere else.
The home was beautiful. We felt like we were right at home, and so did our children. They were comfortable and the home was extremely kid friendly.
We definitely plan on returning!
I stayed here with a group of 3 other adults and it was a perfect stay. The hostess was incredible and truly thought of everything. The house was very comfy, the bed/sheets so nice we all slept great. The location was very close to everything we wanted to do. We had some cloudy/cold weather so didn’t make use of the backyard, but it is large and so cute! We had fun playing some games before bed - the downstairs common area is really cute and a nice layout. We highly recommend staying here!
The house was clean and well appointed, the location was ideal just minutes from shops and woodland park. The manager was very responsive to my needs.
One downside for this house, the main downstairs bathroom doesn't have a shower and my mom couldn't do the stairs. Nobody's fault just something to consider for accessibility.
Thanks for a nice stay in your historic home!
Driving up we were a bit skeptical but upon entering the home we were pleasantly surprised of the open rooms and light filled home. Neighborhood was mixed but my daughter and I felt safe and relaxed in the home. Ann was great at communicating all needs. I would stay again, thanks for opening up your home.
The property is in a great location and well maintained. It was very warm in the evenings, but we were unaware, until we arrived that the house did not have air conditioning. Fans were available in each room, but the upstairs bedrooms still stayed very warm.
This was the perfect place for my extended stay in Kalispell. All the comforts and amenities were provided in this beautifully decorated home. A cozy sofa, comfortable bed, plush towels, French press coffee maker, Hulu TV, Spotify music and eco-friendly cleaning products all contributed to an incredibly luxe and relaxing stay. I took many walks to downtown shops and restaurants and through the charming historic neighborhood and park. The owners were caring, responsive and checked in with me during the stay. I look forward to a return visit!
We loved our stay here! The house truly feels like home away from home. A lovely, cozy and beautiful house, with a well-appointed kitchen and thoughtful touches from our host, Ann. She was quick to respond to a few questions we had leading up to our stay and she even arranged an early check in for us. Highly recommended if you're visiting the Kalispell area!
We had a lovely stay here. The location was convenient and the house was warm and welcoming-- with several treats. We especially loved the labels on everything in the kitchen. So helpful! Plus, there was excellent communication with the owners.
The house is beautiful and is located in a wonderful historic neighborhood which is convenient to restaurants, shops and museums. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this house.
Beautiful home within walking distance of everything!
This is a gorgeously restored house in a quiet neighborhood. It is very close to downtown, and in fact most of Kalispell can be reached on foot within a few minutes. It features a comfortable living room and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a nice backyard where you can sit under that big sky. The bedrooms are laid out effectively so even with a large group we were not getting in each others' way. Ann and Charlie were very attentive and have thought about lots of little details that make the place inviting and homey. Thanks so much for opening your doors to us!

About the host
Hosted by Ann Sullivan-Jones
We have lived in Oregon and Western Washington, and have traveled the world together. So why and how did we end up in Kalispell, MT? We were ready for a change of pace, after growing up in neighboring small towns in Washington state we appreciated the feel of a smaller community, but wanted to live in a place that was big enough to have a variety of opportunities, outdoor activities, and arts and culture. We required water; Flathead lake is amazing! And natural spaces; nature and hiking are all around in abundance with Glacier National Park in our backyard! I must add it feels like healthy and pristine nature, which seems more and more rare. We were attracted to the natural beauty and the warm hearts of the people who live here. And so after one visit, (and a job offer) we decided to move and call Kalispell and the Flathead Valley home!
Why they chose this property
The historic Eastside Kalispell neighborhoods are beautiful! Tree lined streets, historic houses, walking or biking to everything. It's a special place.
