A breathtaking view @Aux Volets Bleus at Mark & Sylvie

"Les shutters bleus" is a pretty Périgord house, located just a few minutes walk from the center of the village of Rouffignac St Cernin de Reilhac, in the heart of the Périgord Noir. In this village you will find a bakery, a butcher, a grocery store, a supermarket, restaurants and cafes.

It has all the modern conveniences while having kept its charm and character. Tastefully decorated, the property is fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing vacation.
The property, 95 m2, can accommodate 6 guests with:
- 2 spacious bedrooms (19m2 and 21mé) on the first floor, each with a 160cm double bed
- 1 bedroom downstairs of 13m2 with a 160cm double bed

The ground floor is a bright and spacious open space:
- A large kitchen / dining room with a dining table for 6 people and its chairs, a stove, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave. 
- A sitting area with sofa and television.

A large bathroom with toilet, shower, towel radiator and hairdryer

A set of French windows opens onto a garden with a "chill out" corner where you can relax and enjoy a very nice view over the valley. You can also cook on the barbecue and enjoy your meals on the terrace.

We also have a small shared above ground pool which is useful for cooling off on hot summer days.

Note that during the months of July and August, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday only.

Great French Hideaway

We had an awesome stay in „Aux Volets Bleus“, it was relaxing and we enjoyed the peaceful French landscape. Market, bakery and butcher is easy to reach by feet and there is a lot to see and do within 10-30 minutes drive. Thanks for the great tips by Sylvie!

Belle maison au calme avec une superbe vue sur la vallée. Les aménagements intérieurs sont de bonne qualité ( literie, cuisine). irrésistible envie de revenir!

superbe gite, très bien agencé et équipé... une vue merveilleuse depuis la terrasse. Sylvie est particulièrement accueillante, d'excellents conseils sur les sites à voir ( grottes, châteaux..), les tables à fréquenter ( ferme auberge, restaurants du village..), les endroits adaptés aux familles avec jeunes enfants ( marché local, baignade en rivière, aire de jeux..). Et possibilité d'éviter les déplacements en voiture, le village étant bien adapté aux besoins fondamentaux.
