Leonardo Arms #507: Fun Kitschy Beachfront Condo with Private Balcony

This lovely beachfront unit is located at the south end of the island near Villa Santini Plaza and restaurants. It's cute and kitschy style is reminiscent of Old Florida and provides all the amenities of home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 completely upgraded bathrooms, a full kitchen, open living area and private balcony overlooking the beach and community's heated pool.

Guests of this unit may enjoy the communities amenities, including the large heated pool previously mentioned, laundry facility, picnic area with BBQ grills and tiki hut, shuffleboard courts and more.

Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glassware, pots, pans and other utensils, as well as beach accessories and gear, including a beach cart, chairs, etc. Located along the prestigious south-end of Fort Myers Beach, there is something for everyone to do. You can kayak, go on fishing excursions, dolphin tours, parasailing, bicycling on the island and so much more.

Shorter rental stays may be available – please call for availability. The minimum age to rent is 25.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

Vacation Rental Not So Great !

Outdated and not a spa type visit while in the condo. Too much furniture, Full size china hutch and two Coffee tables, Big picture of wild horses running, picture of downtown NYC, two twin headboards in Master Bed as a substitute for a king bed headboard, Only One TV??? TV's are Cheap Now, get one BIG TV in EACH Room! outdated older worn bedspreads, outdated Old furniture in both bedrooms, Pedistal sinks are not a good thing, slow running water, old old dusty books (get Rid of the Books) Great view from balcony... This condo needs a complete remodel/makeover by someone much younger and professional. This is not counting the reserved parking space not being available due to inconvenience of walk way resurfacing. This was not worth the money! Sorry if that hurts your feelings, you got a lot of my hard earned money and I did not get a quality VRBO!
