About this property

Cozy lake front home is waiting for you!

This lovely property has been recently remodeled. It features 2 bedrooms and two full baths with a fully-equipped kitchen and newer appliances. As our guests we happily provide towels, bedding, and linens as well as a washer and dryer. Our kitchen has everything you need to make a fabulous dinner or a picnic in the yard. You just need to provide the goodies! During your stay you can take in a beautiful view of Lake Erie and lovely breeze while sipping a cup of coffee in our three season porch. If you need to do a little work away from the office, we have internet available as well as cable tv. Should you want to enjoy local shopping or the night life, you will be within driving distance to the Jet Express, Miller Ferry, Cedar Point, and local shopping. This is a monthly rental and is available for extended stays.


As this is strictly a monthly rental the rates you see posted as daily are approximate. May through September we consider our peak months, while October through April are our off season. Peak month rental per month is $4,000 plus applicable fees. Off season rates are $2,000 per month with applicable fees as well. We had a nice time.

We had a nice time. Unfortunately, we did have issues with a leaking roof on numerous occasions, but maintenance man, Shawn Rose, did an outstanding job of responding and trying to fix it. Despite these pesky issues, overall we had a nice vacation.
