Relaxing stay with great views

The Seawatch condos have the best views in Vilano Beach. This unit is well-equipped and comfortable for a couple. Martha and Regina went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. It is such a treat to have the beach just steps away, and all of the attractions of St. Augustine are about a 10 minute ride. This condo is a tremendous value.

Great condo close to St Augustine! We enjoyed the beautiful beach and pool!! Condo was well stocked and communication was great! Only minor complaint would be that there were only 2 tall chairs for the outside table and the condo slept 4.

The condo was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach and ocean. It has an incredible porch that overlooks the ocean with absolutely beautiful ocean views. The condo was updated, very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful and relaxing too.

This condo delivers on comfort, convenience and location. The kitchen was well equiped with everything needed to cook and it was great to have the washer & dryer in the unit. Enjoyed having the ocean view deck as well as the pool. The beach is perfect at this location. We could not have asked for a better stay!

WOW!

So we have stayed on Vilano Beach in St. A. four times prior to this stay - each time renting a house. For this time, we decided to rent a condo and came across this property. On about day 2, we remarked, without prompting, that this rental was by far the best. Property is great, access is great, pool is great, ALL OF THE LIGHT SWITCHES ARE MARKED (this is a little thing that makes so much of a difference)... and the little card taped to the door was super sweet! another great vacation

This was our 2nd month long vacation at Martha's condo in the last 2 yrs. Again it didn't disappoint. As they say, location, location, location. Vilano beach condo

Absolutely wonderful property! This is the second time we have stayed here and we are hooked. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The ocean views and sunrises are priceless. Very clean and you feel at home immediately. Regina and Martha are great!
