Awesome place

We were happy to find this place available. It's a jewel and trasure worth finding. We had a great time overall. Ifnit had a pool, it'd be the cherry on top. Thunbs up to the owner and to Mrs Helena, the representative for their prompt responses and help. There's Uber in the area but having your own car helps out tremendously

Wonderful Vintage Country Feel

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. Waking up to birds chirping. The onsite maintance man, Miguel was such a great help. He assisted with the fire places every night. Helped when we had a flat tire and giving us advice on where to go visit and where to eat. We appreciated everything he did for us. The house was beautiful and just what we were looking for. The yards and gardens were so nice to walk around in. And the rooms were comfortable and clean. I recommend for anyone looking for a country stay. We are thinking of visiting again in the future.

No reliable! Host rented the property to another costumer without any cancelation notice. We sent various messages with no response. The arrival day she didn’t answer the phone until the people on the property got in contact with the host. We still waiting on our refund. This is unacceptable and it is a shame. Please do not trust.. will save you headaches.

My name is Carolina, I am Born in Bogota. I am an Architec in Colombia from Universidad Javeriana and went to the US to The University of Miami to Study Business and Marketing. While living in Florida I obtained a real Estate Licence in Florida.
This house has been a Three generation project between my mother, me and my daughter. Currently I live in Bogota.

This is a unique house built in the 19th century, by Spanish immigrants. It preserves intact the Architecture of the moment, the floors, walls and windows are real of the historical moment. Being there makes you return in time, but with the comforts of the present.
The house is surrounded by gardens that make it viable for any type of event or activity.
Casa Colonial La Verbena is surrounded by things to do, for all tastes, Typical Restaurants such as Andres Carne de Res, Parapente, Recreational Park for childrens Jaime Duque, Ecological Hiking and Climbing in Neusa, Thematic Waters, Farm with Horse Back Riding and a small farm with other Animals, Salt Cathedral, , Shopping Centers among others.
All this makes that the people who enjoy the stay in CASA COLONIAL LA VERBENA can choose according to their own taste that they would like to do for their entreneinment.

What makes this property unique

Casa Colonial La Verbena is very spacious, there is in doors beautiful patio with a water fountain, and outdoor landscape to have any event, from parties, to sports and outdoor grill.
It has security camaras and a 24 hour security gard.
The Chimeny makes the place warm and cousy, and perfect to share the days experiences at night.
