It is said that each sailor must find his rock, this house, Villa Ker Anna, could easily become mine as its situation facing the sea and the setting sun, the comfort it offers, the feeling of well being it provides do everything that each of us hopes to find someday.
The owners have really thought of their renovation project down to the last detail. The house is wonderfully furnished and the equipment is more than complete. Each piece of furniture has been thought through and fully participates in the decoration of this magical place.
Its two charming bedrooms each have a bathroom (shower and sink).
The situation of the house, on the front line, facing the sea, will transform you into the space of a dream into a boat captain and what could be more wonderful than being at the helm of a boat, well propped up at the bottom of 'an armchair sipping a cocktail and admiring the sunset!
Your dream being ours we dare to declare ourselves "specialist of the Breton dream" and through this little corner of paradise, I bet that you will never see the sea and its rocks in the same way again.
The life we build can be the extension of our dreams, it is up to us to get as close as possible to this ideal.

Recommendation!

The house is very lovingly furnished. Everything corresponds to the descriptions and the photos. Chefs will also have great fun. The surrounding area offers everything you need for a holiday in Brittany. The host is extremely friendly, communicative and helpful.

Fantastic location.

We had the most relaxing week at Villa Ker Anna. This property is utter luxury. Equipped with everything one could need. Its in a beautiful location. The lovely owner Louis brought us a delicious tarte and a bottle of cidre. He was so welcoming and even came at 6.20 on the morning we left. It was so nice to have someone wave us off. We will definitely be returning.

Check-in war zuverlässig (wie die gesamte Kommunikation im Vorfeld) und wie abgesprochen.Tolle Lage, wir konnten gleich am ersten Tag mit einem Glas Wein vorm Haus sitzen und den Wellen zusehen - Traum-Start!Die FeWo ist vollständig ausgestattet (und ich meine vollständig!) - wir haben noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Küche gesehen.Kamin hatten wir nicht genutzt, dafür war das Wetter doch zu gut. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Bad-en-suite (jeweils mit Dusche), grosses Wohn- / Esszimmer / Küche und ein Vorraum mit allem möglichen Wassersport-Zubehör. Zugang zum Strand ist problemlos.Die Umgebung ist klasse zum laufen oder einfach nur am Strand liegen.Zur Begrüssung gab es eine Flasche Wein und ein kleines Apéro-Paket (vielen Dank! Das Algentartar war klasse!)Am Abreisetag kam Louis (der Besitzer) selber vorbei. Auch hier: super freundlich, tolle Kommunikation und problemlos.Vielen Dank an Louis, Mikael und Sebastien! War eine sehr entspannte Woche in Kerfissien! Wir haben es wirklich genossen!A bien-tôt!

Kleines Juwel mit Meerblick

Wir haben 2 Wochen im Ker Anna verbracht und uns ab der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts! Der Meerblick ist unbezahlbar und die Nähe zum GR34 ein zusätzlicher Vorteil. Der Vermieter, Louis, spricht gut Deutsch und ist sehr herzlich! Danke für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub, lieber Louis :-)

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, direkt an der Küste. Die Bilder entsprechen voll und ganz der Realität. Sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet . Eigentlich hat man in jedem Zimmer einen Blick aufs Meer und man kann sich fast nicht satt sehen an dem herrlichen Farbenspiel des Meeres. Wir hatten in unserer Urlaubswoche das Glück einige grandiose Sonnenuntergänge genießen zu können .
 Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett vom Besitzer empfangen (der auch sehr gut deutsch sprechen kann ). Alles ist sehr gepflegt .. man kommt an und der Urlaub beginnt. Wie schon von anderen Urlaubern beschrieben ist die Küche super gut ausgestattet. Eine tolle Sache: Es sind einige Grundnahrungsmittel und Gewürze vorhanden, bei denen man sich bei Bedarf bedienen kann . Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen .

Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ende der Straße und unmittelbar am Wasser. Der Ausblick ist sehr schön und stetig hört man das Meeresrauschen. Die Einrichtung wurde mit sehr viel Geschmack gewählt und die Dekoration ist individuell, mit Liebe zum Detail. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist außergewöhnlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch Grundnahrungsmittel, Gewürze waren vorhanden und vor allem geordnet und frisch. Wanderwege und langer Sandstrand (bei Ebbe) in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Vor Ort nur eine Bar, nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Cleder. Sehr nette Begrüßung und Betreuung durch den Eigentümer. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Une vue sublime sur la mer

La vue à 180° sur la mer vaut à elle seule le détour, on pourrait rester des heures à contempler le paysage évoluant au fil des marées, avec les oiseaux planant au-dessus des rochers. La plage des Amiets est magnifique, par temps ensoleillé on pourrait se croire sur une plage tropicale. La maison est agréable et fonctionnelle pour séjourner en famille et nous avons apprécié notre baptême de paddle que le propriétaire nous avait laissé à disposition. Nous reviendrons très certainement !
