Located in the center of the magical Baia del Silenzio and a few steps from the Baia delle Favole, the apartment has been recently renovated. Extremely bright and quiet, it is located on the third floor of a building of the early 1900s, with characteristic Ligurian finishes, with a roof terrace that enjoys, on one side, a breathtaking view of one of the most beautiful corners of Liguria, on the other, with panoramic opening on the peninsula, on the roofs and on the most suggestive views of the town.
The apartment of 80 square meters. it consists of two bedrooms (one double with a sea view and one inside with two single beds), a living room overlooking the sea with sofa, TV and table for 6 people, a kitchen with fridge, washing machine, stove, electric oven and table for 4 people, a complete bathroom with shower and finally a hallway of the various rooms. Going up a flight of stairs or taking the elevator you access the solarium-terrace of about 80 square meters. equipped with an umbrella, two deck chairs and two tables with 4 chairs for eventual dinners. The terrace belongs exclusively to the apartment.
Leaving the building you are immediately immersed in city life: food and clothing stores, bars, pubs, pizzerias, pharmacy, fish market and weekly local market are a few tens of meters away.
The marina with the possibility of ferries to the Cinque Terre or sailing in trimaran is 100 meters from the house..

Perfect location, great apartment, helpful host

We spent two weeks at the end of September in Sestri Levante with with our 4 year old and a baby. The apartment is located right on the beach and has a fantastic unobstructed view of the cove. At the same time, it is right in the heart of the cosy pedestrian streets of Sestri Levante. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has a nice florplan to our family's need. Giovanna was extremely helpful, meeting us at the freeway to show us the way to the apartment (which can be a bit tricky on your own), and also helping us find a free parking spot nearby, as well as providing a bit of basic amenities for us upon arrival. Her english is limited, but it wasn't a problem at all. The beach was perfect for kids, water clear and even in late september still pleasantly warm for swimming. The beach wasn't overly crowded as we were there a bit off season. We would love to come back, as Sestri Levante and the area around has much to offer and the apartment is perfect place to base yourself, whether you wan't to relax on the beach or explore the region. Maybe next time, we'll go without kids, and have more time to enjoy sitting in the beach chairs on the apartments private roof terrace.

Sehr zufrieden!

Die super gelegene Wohnung mit grandiosem Blick auf die Baia di silenzio ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Vermieterin Giovanna ist äusserst zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist hell und gut ausgestattet, v.a. die Küche hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist grandios. Die Heizung war auch sehr angenehm, da wir im Dezember da waren. Gerne wieder!

Vista suggestiva sulla baia del silenzio

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per poco più di una settimana e ci porteremo con noi per molto tempo la bellezza del mare che ti accoglie al risveglio e ti accompagna in tutti i momenti della giornata. Tutto perfettamente curato per una vacanza dai ritmi naturali, soltanto saltuariamente variati dalla movida notturna che fa capolino attraverso le finestre spalancate sulla baia e lambite da una piacevole brezza marina.

Tusind tak for lån af en fantastisk lejlighed! Og tak for en flot modtagelse. Udsigt og lejlighed er endnu mere fantastisk end på billederne. Sublim beliggenhed, udsigt og utroligt rent og pænt. ein wunderschöner Ort!

Wunderbar

Die Wohnungsübergabe war sehr gut organisiert, Frau Nigro total freundlich und bekümmert, dass alles bestens läuft. Die Wohnung mit allem was es braucht, nicht luxuriös, einfach freundlich, herrlich luftig und wunderschön gelegen. Die Vermieterin ist sogleich auch Nachbarin und das ist sehr praktisch. Falls irgendwas ist, kann man sie sofort erreichen. Das eine Schlafzimmer der Kinder ist wirklich ein Kinderzimmer mit hochgelegenem Fenster ins Wohnzimmer hinüber. Einfach, aber zum Schlafen perfekt. Die Dachterrasse ist herrlich, der Ausblick wohltuend und überhaupt ist ganz Sestri Levante einfach ein wunderbares Städtchen, um Ferien zu machen. Mit dem Zug ist man bestens unterwegs und verbunden mit den Nachbarörtchen. Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert und Giovanna Nigro eine ganz herzliche Vermieterin. Ausprobieren!!

Schöner Altbau in perfekter Lage

Wir kennen Sestri und wussten sofort, als wir diese Wohnung gefunden haben, dass es keine bessere Lage geben kann. In einem sehr gepflegten und schönem Altbau haben wir die 3- Zimmer Wohnung bezogen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, der Stil typisch italienisch und das Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer haben einen fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht. Das Kinderzimmer ist klein, aber funktional. Die Dachterrasse haben wir sehr gerne genutzt, obwohl wir öfter am Strand, der direkt vor der Türe ist, waren. Die Vermieterin ist sehr gastfreundlich. Wir sind selten in Ferienwohnungen so entgegenkommend und nett empfangen worden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

sehr schöne Wohnung! ruhig, gross, super-Aussicht, sehr freundliche Vermieterin, tolle Stadt, super Strand,.... ein Bahnhof im Zentrum der Stadt, zu Fuss zur Wohnung nur 15 Minuten, ein schöner Weg. die Wohnung ist super zentral, und doch ruhig! Sestri eine sehr angenehme und schöne und lebendige Stadt! auch toll als Ausgangslage für weitere Ausflüge in die 5 Terre etc. wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern, 4 und 7 Jahre.

Super, schöner Urlaub!

Der Ort Sestri Levante ist für jemand der Meer, Strand und Berge möchte, das optimale! Strand und Wasser direkt vor der Haustüre, die Cinque Terre mit Zug oder Boot gut zu erreichen. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt kann man hier viel unternehmen z. B. mit dem Schiff fahren und die wunderschönen Wanderwege benützen - Nicht bei Regen oder Trüben Wetter zu empfehlen. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns eines der Highligths!!!!!!!!! Giovanna, die Vermieterin, super, super Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung sauber, und schön eingerichtet im Italienischen Flair. Es ist alles da, vom kleinsten Topf und Bratpfanne bis zum Weinglas und Waschmaschine in der gut ausgestatteten Küche, Im Wohnzimmer bräuchte man eigentlich gar keinen Fernseher - da der Blick aus dem Fenster absolut der Hammer ist. Ein schönes Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer auch für große Kids geeignet ;-) und ein gut ausgestattetes Bad mit Dusche, Einwandfrei! Am besten ist aber die große Dachterrasse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Danke an Giovanna, wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Fabulous location, stunning views

The apartment lived up to the photographs and description on the web-site. The location is fabulous - you are literally on the beach, with fabulous views of the sea from the bedroom and sitting room windows. The spacious roof terrace was such a bonus - lots of space, a selection of tables and chairs, shade when you wanted it and always the fabulous view down onto the beach. The sea was shallow and the beach consisted of really nice sand - unlike many of the shingle and stone beaches in the area. The apartment was clean and spacious and the kitchen was one of the best equipped that we have come across. Giovanna picked us up from the train station and provided a really good welcome pack when we arrived which was extremely welcome after a long journey. We did all of our sight seeing by train and ferry, which meant we did not miss having a car at all. The train station is about a ten minute walk away through the pretty narrow shopping streets and the ticket machines have an English option which means it is very straightforward to buy tickets. We were about an hour away from the fabulous Cinque Terre villages which were well worth a visit. The local restaurants and shops are about two minutes walk away but despite this, the apartment was very quiet. It was a pleasant 5-10 minute stroll to the local supermarkets. We had a wonderful ten days holiday and we would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a couple or family.

Traumhafte Ferien

Meine Mutter und ich haben 14 Tage lang traumhafte Ferien in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die im 3. Stock gelegene, mit dem Lift erreichbare Wohnung bietet einen einmaligen Blick auf die schöne Bucht und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Zimmer, unter anderem auch Bad und Küche, sind sehr geräumig, bieten viel Stauraum/Ablagefläche und verfügen über gute Fenster. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die einen Stock höher (immer noch mit Lift erreichbare) Terrasse ist riesig und es lässt sich darauf nach einem Bad im Meer herrlich sonnenbaden, wenn man sich vom Trubel des idyllischen, gut überblickbaren Strandes etwas zurückziehen möchte. Am Abend ist es einfach herrlich, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, ein Glas Wein zu trinken, die Abendstimmung zu geniessen und die funkelnden Lichter zu beobachten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft von Giovanna und ihrem Mann, die sich so liebevoll um uns gekümmert haben und uns bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden sind! Wir haben noch selten so nette Vermieter gehabt! Vielen herzlichen Dank für Alles!!! In einer Seitengasse zur Hauptgasse gelegen, lassen sich alle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Wer Lebensmittel oder andere Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs benötigt, kauft am besten im COOP oder im Supermarkt DORO ein. Wer wie wir ohne Auto unterwegs ist, kann die umliegenden Städtchen bequem per Zug erreichen. Wer gerne einen italienischen Markt besucht, dem sei am Donnerstag der Markt in Rapallo (nur Vormittags) oder am Freitag (ganzer Tag) der noch grössere Markt in La Spezia zu empfehlen. Wer hierfür nicht so weit gehen will, findet am Samstag Vormittag einen kleinen, aber feinen Markt in Sestri Levante selbst. Dank unglaublichem Wetterglück (14 Tage Sommersonne) und super Meerwasserverhältnissen haben wir in Giovannas Wohnung traumhafte Ferien erlebt! Ich würde sofort wieder buchen!

Wunderschön

Wir haben in dieser hervorragend ausgestatteten Wohnung schöne Ferientage verbracht. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich und Frau Nigro eine sehr liebenswürdige Vermieterin. Wir haben das lebhafte Städtchen und den Strand sehr genossen und werden bestimmt irgendwann wiederkommen.

Un petit coin d'paradis!

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans ce cadre idyllique de la Baia del silenzio, sur laquelle l’appartement offre une vue incroyable. L’appartement est très confortable (et très bien équipé!), très bien situé, avec cette terrasse magnifique; la propriétaire est on ne peut plus sympathique et cordiale. Les photos du site rendent bien l’idée, mais la réalité est mieux encore!!! Nous allons sans doute revenir. Grazie Giovanna!

Schön, schöner, am schönsten

Zwei Wochen lang haben wir wunderbare Tage verbracht in dieser tollen Wohnung: vor uns die Bucht mit der Weitsicht über das Meer und dem kleinen Strand, unter uns die Altstadt. Signora Negri, die Vermieterin, tat alles, damit wir uns wohl fühlten. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen wieder!

Vista indimenticabile

Tipica casa ligure, più bella di quanto previsto, casa pulita, luminosa, si sente e si vede il mare sia dalle camere che dal grande terrazzo. La proprietaria, Giovanna, si è sempre dimostrata gentilissima e disponibile con professionalità e simpatia. La consiglieremmo e... ci torneremo. Essendo situata nel centro storico offre una vasta scelta di locali e ristoranti.
