HOUSE 150m from the beach for 6 people between Ouistreham and Courseulles

Located 150m from the beach, you will find a house in a village by the sea where all the shops are nearby: 2 bakeries, restaurants, press house, contact hub, post office and ATM.

The house consists of a large living room where the kitchen is located (fridge / freezer, oven, gas, microwave, coffee maker and kettle), the dining room (table with 2 extensions, buffet), the living room with 2 corner sofas, coffee table as well as the toilets and the laundry room (washer-dryer and cupboard with wardrobe). Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (a 140x190cm bed and a cupboard with wardrobe, a 160 x 200cm bed and a chest of drawers, a trundle bed consisting of 2 beds of 80x200cm and a wardrobe with wardrobe) and a bathroom with toilet (bath and towel radiator).

Sheets and towels are not provided.
Tea towels, bath mats and hand towels are provided.

The house can also accommodate babies or young children because it has a travel cot, high chair, changing table, bathtub and a security barrier upstairs. The toilets are fitted with a reducer. Adapted crockery is also available.

The terrace is equipped with a garden furniture, a parasol, a dining table. A screen allows you to quietly enjoy the courtyard.
1 barbecue is at your disposal in a shed, as well as 2 adult bikes and beach games.

Pets are not allowed in the rental.

Perfect

excellent location just 2 minutes from the beach and center. perfect to visit the history of the landing beaches. the house was clean, complete and spacious enough for our family. in short, a great holiday!

Schöner Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und sauber. Die KĂŒche ist perfekt ausgestattet, auch GewĂŒrze und zB Backpapier, es fehlte an nichts! Das Wohnzimmer ist gerĂ€umig und der TV mit online Zugang und Netflix! Super ist auch die Lage, zum Strand sind es wirklich nur 200m und auch ein Supermarkt, BĂ€cker und die FußgĂ€ngerzone sind alles in der direkten NĂ€he. Top! Leider ist es an der Straße aber sehr laut, auch spĂ€t abends. Da es neben der Lounge und einer einfachen Picknicktischbank keine gemĂŒtlichen Gartenmöbel gibt, haben wir oft, auch wegen des LĂ€rms, schnell wieder drinnen gesessen. Das war ein Nachteil. Auch die Betten waren uns zu hart und zu niedrig, alles Geschmackssache. Auch riecht es leicht muffig in dem Haus, weil es einfach schon Ă€lter ist. Dennoch hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!! Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr sympathisch und positiv. Er spricht auch gut Englisch, sehr entgegenkommend!

Voll ausgestattet - volle Urlaubsfreude

Das perfekt ausgestattete Haus liegt nah am Strand. Wir waren zu viert und hatten viel Platz. Die Ortsdurchgangsstraße, an der das Haus liegt ist leider relativ viel befahren, wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen. Der Ort ist auch in der Hochsaison nicht ĂŒberlaufen und hat mit Supermarkt, BĂ€cker und gleich mehreren Restaurants und einer kleinen Einkaufsstraße alles zu bieten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern vorab lief einwandfrei, die Betreuung vor Ort war top.

Leuk huis dichtbij zee

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit vakantiehuis. Het was netjes en voorzien van allemaal extra's. De oven deed het prima, er was een barbecue en veel servies. We konden alleen de theepot niet vinden. Het huis is dichtbij de zee, heeft een leuk zitje buiten en is dichtbij de supermarkt en de bakker. Een aanrader.

Super maison

Brilliant location

We spent a wonderful time here, with open plan downstairs and plenty of room. Fantastic equipment to make coffee, large fridge freezer for convenience long stays, plenty of crockery and cooking pans and pots. Equipment for children was a bonus and well received. We had a very comfortable stay. Beach is a minute or less walk away. Some nice restaurants close by, supermarket conveniently located near to the house, and cremerie fruitier and speciality shops nearby. Was a pleasure dealing with the owner and Sylviane. We look forward to returning in a years time.

Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Es war alles super ;)

Die Absprache bezĂŒglich der Endreinigung sollten sie vorher besprechen. Dies war bei uns etwas schief gegangen :) Ansonsten ist war alles ok und lieg ohne Probleme ab. Tolle Umgebung, nette Leute. Absolute Empfehlung

Correspond bien au descriptif, mais en rĂ©servant je pensais ĂȘtre Ă  Ouistream. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e pour les enfants et bĂ©bĂ©s. La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able. (sauf poussiĂšre sous les canapĂ©s et les lits) Seul bĂ©mol la proximitĂ© d'une rue frĂ©quentĂ©e et le bruit des voitures. Avec la chaleur difficile de dormir fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es. Proche de la plage par une petite rue. Souplesse apprĂ©ciĂ©e au niveau des heures d'arrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part (avec les enfants en bas Ăąge) Au final je recommande cette destination.

Tout le nĂ©cessaire est lĂ  surtout quand on a des enfants (mĂȘme tout petit). On se sent chez soi trĂšs vite. A part des petits soucis de tempĂ©rature de l'eau pour la douche, rien Ă  signaler. La personne qui s'est occupĂ©e de nous est trĂšs sympathique. La maison est trĂšs placĂ©e dans un village joli et chaleureux assez prĂ©servĂ© de la masse. Bref, trĂšs contents. Y.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© la maison en tout point conforme Ă  la description. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et sĂ©curisĂ©e, nous n'avons manquĂ© de rien avec nos 2 bĂ©bĂ©s et 2 petites de moins de 4 ans. Merci ! Les photos des fournitures dans les placards Ă©taient une super astuce pour retrouver oĂč ranger chaque chose aprĂšs le lave-vaisselle ! Nous recommandons cette location sans hĂ©siter. Bon Ă  savoir, il y a une option mĂ©nage que l'on peut demander en supplĂ©ment.

Confortable et bien équipée

Une maison bien agrĂ©able, situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© du centre ville et de la plage. Espace de vie convivial, chambres agrĂ©ables (bonnes literies). Il ne manque rien dans cette maison. Par ailleurs, Corinne qui nous a accueillis est au petit soin et trĂšs rĂ©active. Merci pour tout! Un seul petit souci d’odeur persistante de fruits de mer dans le frigo ;-)) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Super

A really super house to stay in and plenty of space for the 4 of us. Very comfortable and well equipped. We explored the landing beaches. If you want a really nice sandy beach to spend the day on then we found Omaha to be the best for this - however if you don't want to drive then sword beach is fine to. Corinne was very warm and welcoming. Yes there is a road by the house but it's not too busy and if the noise is a problem at night then wear ear plugs. I would have no problem recommending this property to stay in.
