We loved this property and its location to everything local as well as the lake. The power did go out for a few hours one night during our stay and the house didn’t have any candles or flashlights that we could find. When I messaged the owner if they had any of that stuff they did not reply, not even the next morning.

I've rented a lot of homes/cabins, and this one is among the very best in every way imaginable. Everything works perfectly. I don't expect that to be the case. Usually, you get funky water-temperature control in the shower or a touchy thermostat or something. Not here. The place is exactly as it looks in the photos. Everything is provided, including extra supplies should you need them. Beautiful, secluded location, though very close to restaurants, Broken Bow Lake, and other recreational spots. People are friendly and unhurried. It has the perfect vibe for a luxurious getaway in a quiet, laid-back setting. Host Karla is quick to welcome you and offer help or advice. Truly a five-star vacation.
