Ideal for a couple vacation.
This 2 room apartment is planned to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
A very refined decor in a seaside atmosphere.
Holidays without the need to pick up your car for the duration of your stay,
to fully enjoy the beach of St Jean de Monts as well as the Demoiselles district,
a quiet and chic area located 200 m from the beach and 100 m from the forest, near the Saint Jean de Monts cycle paths, 26 km on a secure site on paths reserved only for bikes

The shops are located within 50 m of your accommodation.
This T2, comfortable, 35 m2 fully renovated tastefully decorated consists of:

- 1 kitchen with fridge-freezer, induction hob, Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine (coffee, chocolate, tea, etc.), microwave, kettle, toaster

- 1 living room with sofa, 102 cm flat screen TV.

- 1 fully equipped kitchen

- 1 separate bedroom with 1 double bed

- 1 bathroom with shower, wc.

- washing machine.

- Terrace with garden armchair,

- Barbecue
 
- sheets and towels included

Animals are not allowed.

The rentals are in a small condominium of 4 apartments

Please note departures (not after 10 a.m.) and arrivals' (between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.) are exclusively on Saturdays

très bon séjours

très bien situer au calme avec les commerces a proximité vous avez juste a prendre votre panier et en quelle que pas vous faite vos cours , le marché deux fois par semaine , des restaurant, allez a la rotisserie sens probléme . la plage est juste a coté . le logement et ses propriétaire sont agréable disponible merci pour cette exellente semaine de vacance

Sejour très agréable propriétaires charmants et très disponibles. Une location décorée avec goût, à recommander nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l occasion se présente. Au calme. Machine à café et fer à repasser...pour de bons expresso et de quoi être bien apprêtés le soir venu.
